Signs in the Sky and Over Moscow No Less
Interestingly enough, when Christ spoke of the End Times, He was specific. Though many doubt His Words should be taken literally, preferring to understand them in allegorical terms, it would seem that a literal meaning is what He meant.
A few days ago, it was reported that a strange cloud formation was hanging over Moscow. Scientists immediately decided it had nothing to do with any supernatural cause, but needed to study it more to determine what the exact cause of the phenomenon was. Just like scientists. They do not know the cause, but they DO know it cannot be supernatural. Whatever.
In speaking on the Last Days, Christ outlined a number of things that would occur in the heavens:
“There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven.” (Luke 21:11)
“There will be signs in the sun, moon, and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. 26 Men will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken.” (Luke 21:25-26)
If we know anything, we know that as things progress, we will see more and more “unexplained” phenomenon occurring in the heavenly realms. Could this be a supernatural sign to Russia in which God is warning them of their upcoming attempt to invade Israel, and the consequences of that action? Who knows.
