Value in Prophetic Discourse?

Even with the many miracles that God performed in Scripture, either through the prophets, the apostles or God the Son, notice how many times people had to do something in order to receive God’s miracle. The woman who fed Elijah had to actually make the bread (1 Kings 17). It didn’t make itself. The paralytic healed by Jesus had to actually get up, take his bed roll and walk (John 5:8-16). There are a ton of examples of how people participated in miracles by actually doing something beyond believing, though clearly, their faith was the first necessary step. It starts and ends with faith in God, doesn’t it? He asks and expects us to do something based on our faith in response.

Habakkuk Provides Our Answer

As we focus on God’s sublime care and concern for His own, we should take great comfort in knowing that God preserves us in the midst of troubling times. In fact, God always preserves us whether we are fully aware of that or not. He preserves us to the day when we will see Him face to face and He preserves us in the midst of all the trials that the enemy can throw at us. This does not mean that we ourselves will not experience difficulties. It means we will not experience His judgment and He will make a way for us to continue to receive His blessings in the midst of His judgment.

Don’t Worry?

Because of what God says to me in His Word, I have an obligation to continue pursuing truth. I also have an obligation to push the negativity away and the only way I know how to do that is by continual praise. I must be deliberate in my praise of Him and folks, I’ll be the first to admit that oftentimes, when I begin praising Him, it feels so absolutely fake, as though I’m simply saying words. Eventually though, I find myself getting caught up in praise and focusing more on Him and not on the circumstances.

Daniel Chapter 1A

The problem for Daniel and his friends became, how to participate in Babylon society without actually assimilating into Babylonian culture, which would be sin because of all the ungodly practices of Babylon? We Christians have the same problem today, which is why Daniel has many lessons for us as well, besides the obvious prophetic illustrations.

It’s Really Up to You

All it takes is saying NO to fear and understanding what living free actually means. Choose for yourself. You don’t need to make a scene. You don’t need to go out and protest or get violent about it. You can simply, quietly decide what your response to the coming mandates will be. You can remain invisible as well. Walk with purpose. Hold your head up. Don’t necessarily make eye contact with people unless you want them to see your smile. Say NO to fear and you’ll find many ways to circumvent the system that those in power are attempting to fit onto this entire world and remain free all the while.

Pure Evil

Let me break it down for you. Dr. Buckhaults is first of all, trying to be extremely generous in his assessments, trying to avoid the implication that the DNA he found in the jab serum vials was deliberately placed there. He prefers to believe that the reason foreign DNA was found in the serum is due solely to incompetence.

Is It Economic or Prophetic Forecasting?

Folks, if you have not succumbed to the fear that society is trying really hard to generate, you will find yourself rising above it. That doesn’t mean you ignore reality. It means you face reality with the knowledge that God is with you, that you are His and because you do not fear, you can live by the wisdom and discernment He provides you.

Book of Daniel: Introduction

One of the main purposes of Daniel is to give hope to Israel. Because of their constant rebellion and backslidden condition, many devout Jews were tempted to think God had abandoned them. –Daniel’s purpose in writing blended the two themes of prophecy and right living from the heart. Daniel wrote first to show God’s future program for the nation of Israel (in light of her rebellious nature), during and after what is known as “the times of the Gentiles.”

Unsalvageable?

iblically, either people are moving toward God (ultimately receiving salvation and then continuing to grow in and toward Him through relationship), or moving away from God in deliberate and continued rejection of Him and His existence. Those are the only two categories that all people fit into in life. It’s not about race, culture, gender, etc. Those are constructs deliberately used to foster fear, shame and discord in society. It’s about whether people are moving toward or away from God.

Revelation 21 and 22

In Revelation 22:20-21, Jesus reminds us He is “coming quickly” and because of that, we should always be ready for His return enough to say, “Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!” God’s grace is forever with us as His children in this life and throughout eternity. The last word of Revelation (and in essence, the entire Bible), is “Amen” – “so be it!”
