Can Christians Have Assurance of Salvation?
With respect to assurance of salvation, there are essentially two main groups. First, there is the group (of which I am part) that says salvation is eternal. Once God grants it, He will never take it back. Second, there is the group that does not believe the Bible teaches eternal salvation as such. They believe that salvation can be lost if the Christian does not stay on the proper path.
Point of Clarification Regarding the Rapture and Tribulation
The one thing I think all of us Christians lack (and that includes me) is a more prominent display of authentic humility (to God) in our lives. No one living today is Jesus Christ even though there are at least five people alive right now who claim to be Him. No one has His understanding. No one has His wisdom. No one has His sinless nature. We must endeavor to adopt a true spirit of humility (that only God can provide) so that disagreements over doctrine do not become points of contention and knock-down, drag-outs.
Jesus Apparently Wants to Beat Up His Body/Bride So She is Purified
As far as God is concerned, when He sees me, He already sees Jesus’ righteousness in me since that has been imputed to my account. I am already righteous! My goal from the point of receiving salvation forward is to seek to live like Jesus. This process is called sanctification and it is something we all must participate in. The more we are able to do this (in His strength), the more we will glorify Him. We cannot make ourselves “more” pure. We are already as pure as God can make us positionally in this life.
Our God and Savior Christ Jesus Overcomes Sin in and Through Us
Jesus Christ IS God. He provided Himself as a substitutionary atonement for us. In doing so, He provided salvation and when we receive His salvation, He indwells us via the Holy Spirit and we become “partakers of the divine” as Peter tells us in 2 Peter 1:4. We ourselves are not gods, but through His divine power, we can overcome sin, unrighteousness, and ungodliness.
Amos 5 Speaks of Results of Greed, Cheating, and Treachery
The rich bribe people, distress the righteous, and turn the poor away. These are terrible problems in any society and we are seeing it today. We have Congressmen who are exceedingly wealthy, have huge homes, prestige, and anything they want, but to have gotten there, many have scratched someone’s back and received favors back. They have used the power of their position to benefit themselves, family members, and friends. They step on the poor and needy as easily as you or I would kill an ant on the sidewalk.

Notice though that the faces of these locusts had faces like men’s faces and hair like women’s hair. Their teeth did not remind John of human teeth but of teeth in a lion’s mouth. They wore breastplates of iron and they had wings, which all told made tremendous noise when they flew. Finally, these creatures had something in their tails (like scorpions) that allowed them to hurt men for five months.

Baphomet Statue Under Construction for Oklahoma State House
America is a country that is being profoundly attacked from within. The fact that there is a very good possibility that a statue of Baphomet is being constructed and may very well be placed in front of the Oklahoma State House is not only perplexing, but grieving. There is no excuse for it and the only reason that can be offered is that America has sunk to this point through a constant posture of pushing God away.

What is the Coming Tribulation All About? Part 12
Try to imagine that. The pain is so intense that people will want to die, but will be unable to commit suicide. God wants them to endure the pain. Why, because He is a masochist? Hardly. He wants them to wake up to their plight. He wants them to understand what eternity without Him will be like. He wants no one to perish and takes no delight in the death of sinners, but He is going to use extreme measures in an attempt to wake people up from the sin-laden slumber.
Demonic Possession May Explain Why Muslims Act Like This
Note the ecstatic movement and utterances. Numerous individuals have no trouble walking backwards without stepping on anyone, while others can’t do that. The look in the eyes is very important. There appears to be a heightened “blank” stare emanating from many, including the leader at times.
Message of Joel Chapter Three
Today’s Israel has but a small part of all the Land that God set aside for them. Even now, Arab nations (along with the UN and politicians in America and elsewhere) want Israel to give up even more of her Land to make way for a Palestinian State. God will have none of that. It is His Land and He gave it to Israel. He will fulfill His promises to Israel by making sure they enjoy all of their Land at some point in the future.
