Alderman on the Left – Dave Marston and His Liberal Tripe
Marston was recently caught with his foot completely in his mouth in an email response he sent to one Joanna Johnson-Smith, who is the main organizer of a 2nd Amendment Rally. Before I go any further, let me say that this idea that is routinely bandied about that 92% of Americans want an assault on certain weapons is really nuts, yet because this figure is noted often, people accept it as truth.
Muslims Appeased; Christians Denied
There is really quite a list of events and situations where the Obama administration has kowtowed to Islam and individual Muslims. One can only wonder why this is the case. I believe it has a great deal to do with what I have discussed before; that the global elite is so busy using the Muslim Brotherhood to topple one regime after another (eventually to be replaced with something else entirely) that they are trying to give the illusion that Islam is above the law.
Is Obama a Socialist? A Marxist? A Communist? What?
My biggest concern is that too many in Congress and in politics in general today, fail to understand that America is a Constitutional Republic, not a Democracy. I’ve been over that numerous times and while I’d like to explain it again, you might get bored. Suffice it to say that if our elected officials truly understood that America is a Constitutional Republic (and NOT a Democracy), then they would also understand the proper role of the government in general and the Federal government specifically. In short, under our Constitutional Republic, the power of the government is limited. Because there are so many elected officials like Obama who fail to grasp this, they then believe it is their responsibility to force government to become bigger, extending control over greater areas of people’s lives.
Columbine Victim Speaks Out About Gun Control Efforts
Criminals will always find a way to get what they want, without exception. People who are intent on murdering other people will find a way to do it. Yet, some would prefer to believe that restrictions on guns (or even a complete confiscation of them) would mean that criminals won’t be able to obtain them either. Anyone who believes this really needs to have their head examined and that’s putting it as nicely as I can.

The Left’s Continued Assault on Our Rights
We are all aware of how the TSA, under the auspices of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) violates the 4th Amendment just about every time one of us goes through security to board a plane. We’ve heard all sorts of stupidity and even blatant lies from the TSA agents and because they appear to be some sort of law enforcement officer, they also appear to have authority over us. It’s the uniform and nothing more, plus those dime store badges they wear. Both the uniform and badges are designed to intimidate the public. It often works.
One Foot in Heaven
The military man or woman who is on assignment overseas takes their job there seriously. They understand that they are there to accomplish something and so they do their best to fulfill their mission. However, they are constantly mindful of the fact that one day, their mission will end and they will return home to their family and friends; to their familiar surroundings. They long for that and eagerly await that day.

Police Chief Says 2nd Amendment is a Danger to Public Safety
America is a Constitutional Republic. Say it with me…America is a Constitutional Republic. American is not a Democracy. Yes, we vote for things using a democratic process, but that’s where it ends. The United States Constitution is written in such a way that when the United States was officially founded, it was founded as a Constitutional Republic. If you are one of those people who does not understand the meaning between a Constitutional Republic and a Democracy, you really should take the time to learn.

Jonah and the People of Nineveh
In the case of Jonah, we understand that he is remember for having been swallowed by a large fish. People get hung up on what kind of fish it was and whether that was even possible. I take my cue from Jesus Himself who referred to Jonah in one of His sermons recorded in Matthew 12:40 when He said, “for just as JONAH WAS THREE DAYS AND THREE NIGHTS IN THE BELLY OF THE SEA MONSTER, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.” Jesus understood the events of Jonah’s life to have actually happened as recorded in Scripture, so that is good enough for me.
How Is This Explained Rationally?
I just don’t get it, frankly. I recently saw photos of young male Muslims in Sweden who took joy in abusing, skinning, and decapitating at least one cat, probably more of them. They posed for the camera with smirks/grins on their faces as if laughing at the world. Not long before that, I saw another couple of photos of different young male Muslims in the Middle East carrying a cat that had been crucified on a cross.

Stupid Behavior From the Left
The assumption by businesses like Waffle House that are anti-2nd Amendment is that by making a rule that no criminal in his/her right mind would ever follow, the folks at Waffle House somehow believe they have made their restaurants safer. Doing a quick search of the Internet exposes the problem. Crooks don’t care about a sign or policy that says no guns allowed, except for one very important piece of data. They know that law-abiding citizens will obey the law, which means the crook will literally have no problem going into any anti-2nd Amendment facility and taking what they want.
