Our Genetic Fallout
Think of something. When God created Adam and then Eve, He created two physically and physiologically perfect people. They were untested regarding their hearts and loyalty at that point, but neither of them suffered from any medical condition from “birth” nor did they have mutated genes that created problems for them. That is, until they sinned. Once they rebelled against God’s ONE command to not eat from the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, they began to die, and their DNA became corrupted. This simply means that their genes slowly began to change and mutate because of death that would eventually overtake them. They literally started dying at that point. Yet, because of the fact that they started out physically perfect, it took hundreds and hundreds of years for it to bring them to actual physical death. Adam lived to be nearly 1,000 years old. That is not hard for me to believe because it would’ve taken that long for his literally perfect genes to corrupt themselves enough for his body to die.

One particular section of her book – METHYLATION IS THE MESSAGE – explains a great deal about DNA, repairing and building it, immune function, digestive issues, neurotransmitter balance, inflammation and a number of other areas that can directly impact the formation of autism, as well as other illnesses or maladies. I’m still working my way through her book, but since it’s available for free, you can download your own copy and get going on it yourself. Even if you do not have anyone in your family with autism, the knowledge that you will discover about yourself is really invaluable.

This is not an easy thing to do to keep these things in balance, especially with the way most Americans eat today. As I’ve stated several times, if you will simply focus on eliminating the things in your diet that are actually causing your body harm, you are well on your way to increased health. This, in turn, will allow your gut to create the needed neurotransmitters and these in turn, will be utilized by your brain to work as they should work.
