Rev 14: The Lamb and Proclamations
One of the biggest points that this text drives home is that God is GOD and there is no other! The fact that things are done according to God’s timing and for His glory often make us question His involvement in the affairs of humanity. However, it becomes exceedingly clear from Scripture that God is not only involved in our affairs (in our lives, locally, statewide and federally as well as globally), but in the affairs of all people throughout the globe! Our God not only holds all these things in His extremely capable hands, but nothing escapes His notice. Nothing.

Only God Masters the Future
So if God IS in control, what do we do? Several things. First, we trust Him above all things, even when we cannot see clearly. This may require work on our part; an effort to give up the things that weigh on us and trust Him for His outcome. Second, we continue to live our lives. This is the biggest proverbial smack in the face to the handful of elite billionaires than anything else. By living our lives, we show them we are not afraid nor will we be bullied. Let them do whatever they think they can do to allow them to gain power over the world. We, however, will continue to celebrate the life God has given us and we will do that by getting together with other Christians in fellowship, enjoying family time, taking trips for relaxation and more. Third, we need to become people of praise. There is no greater thing we can do than to praise God for His expected provision, wisdom, discernment and strength. Often, we might need to offer a sacrifice of praise (Hebrews 13:15), when we don’t necessarily feel like it. Sometimes, this is all I can do even though my heart isn’t in it, though it usually comes along.
Just File It Under News…
When that action occurs, then the Tribulation will start. Everything else prior to that is simply the gears in motion to get the world to that point and unfortunately, we have no idea exactly how long it will be before we see the event just described occur. Paul thought it would happen during his lifetime. Others thought the same and in fact, in every generation, there have been believers who pinned their hopes on end times prophecy being fulfilled during their lifetimes. Clearly, it didn’t though. We are still here, still waiting and watching for the same events that all previous generations looked forward to seeing.
Rev 13: Beast Out of the Earth
The second beast even goes so far as to direct people on the earth to make some sort of image (statue or something), that represents the first beast. Obviously, the world does this because the second beast then was given power (by Satan most likely, or God allows it because in the end, He will be glorified), to “give breath” to that image the world created. This image will become very lifelike (again, by supernatural empowerment, not digital trickery), and cement the reality of his and the first beast’s power. Because of these things, people will flock after the second beast and trip over themselves to worship the first beast.

Why Are We Surprised?
In order to survive the increasing technocratic control of global society, we must become more self-sufficient just like our ancestors were, which will allow us to resist the controllers. We must also force ourselves to give situations to God and trust Him for His outcome. As far as I know, that’s the only way to give yourself a buffer and distance yourself from the system of Babylon that is currently being erected in earnest right now.
Catastrophic Contagion Next?
We are experiencing a huge uptick in “sudden deaths” all over the world, children as young as 6 (and in some cases, even younger), to twenty-something year-olds and middle aged people. These include athletes and others generally in good to excellent health. They’re dropping like flies and the government-appointed experts ignore all the deaths or shill journalists write articles on how too much exercise, particles in the air, too much laughter and more can now cause heart attacks. Yet these things have never been a problem before this. What changed? Must be the “climate.”
Revelation 12: Satan Out, Woman Persecuted
Part of the reason (if not the main reason), Satan is literally beside himself with tremendous wrath is due to the fact that he knows his time is short and since he knows the Bible better than any human being alive today, he knows how it will end for him. He also knows he has no chance of receiving the salvation that God has only offered to those made in His image. It simply will not happen. He knows it and knows full well where he will end up. I’m sure though he would like to take as many human beings as he can with him to that Lake of Fire. So, he continues his war against God, His Creation and His believers.

Revelation 12: Woman, Child and Dragon
So we are introduced to the following: a woman, who turns out to be pregnant, a red dragon with numerous heads and horns along with a crown on each head. As far as the dragon is concerned, we also learn that this same dragon is one who swept 1/3 of the stars of heaven (angels), so this is an obvious reference to Satan himself. Satan stands before the woman who is about to give birth because Satan’s intent is to totally destroy this child. Satan clearly understood who this child was to be so he intended to stop Him who would eventually become the King of kings and who would reign with a rod of iron, a reference to the coming Millennial Kingdom.
Revelation 11: Two Witnesses and 7th Trumpet
The big question that often arises related to these two men is who are they? Well, the short and best answer is that we do not know! There is absolutely no sense in trying to figure it out either. God has not told us therefore He doesn’t think we need to know. All kinds of guesses have been made but I tend to agree with Dr. Thomas Constable who essentially says that it is likely God will simply raise two unknown men for this particular ministry when the time comes. Certainly, God empowers them as He did Moses, Elijah, Elisha and others, but to suggest that these will rise from the dead is a bit of a stretch. Of course, God can do this if he wishes, but I’m more included to think He will simply prepare two men at that time for that ministry.
It Should NOT Be an Industry
By the 1980’s, people had simply lost interest in the prophetic industry as a whole because none of the prophetic highlights panned out. Few, except diehards wanted to hear anymore of “Jesus was coming back soon!” or anyone’s guess about who the Antichrist would be. They turned their thoughts from prophecy and moved on to living; families, jobs, school, marriages, kids, vacations and everything else connected with simply being human. This led to a common belief among Christians and pastors, that the end times events will “just pan out” and take care of itself.
