Satan’s Subterfuge – What he Does Not Want Believers to Know

Satan enjoys hiding the truth from authentic believers.

I thought I was done writing books for a bit, but then another concept seemed to be impressed upon me.  In fact, it has been brewing inside my brain for a while and I guess it came to a head.

I believe that apart from the obvious attacks from Satan against the believer, which are intended to keep us off balance and always on the defensive, one of the more insidious things he does is to keep knowledge from us.  He wants to be sure that we do not become at all familiar or knowledgeable about our true position in Christ.  He knows that this is dangerous information because it allows the believer to begin to appropriate the many divine blessings that we have from being united with Jesus.

I believe this is one of the biggest reasons that Satan does his best to keep Christians on the defensive.  If we are always trying to fight battles, then we have little time to go on the offensive.  By being on the offensive, I mean understanding what our true standing is in Christ.  Our standing is literally where we live, and our physical life, or our state is often far different from how our spirit benefits.

To that end, I am writing the book shown.  The cover and/or title may change, but the message will remain.  Satan gains quite a bit of ground by simply keeping the authentic believer away from the knowledge that we are blessed.  I am NOT referring to any “name it, claim it,” or “God is my genie” garbage.  I am referring to the fact that since we are united with Christ, that benefits us greatly.  Yet, how many Christians are aware that there are over 30 blessings of His divine riches, which are ours in Christ Jesus?  Not too many, I’m sure, and that’s the way Satan likes it.  An informed Christian is a strong Christian.  A strong Christian is one who is on the offensive.

We can go through life as Satan wants us to, being defeated and miserable, always wondering why this, or why that, or we can go through life as God wants us to, armed with the knowledge that He is our King, we are adopted and there are divine riches associated with that position.  We need to know them.  We need to believe them.  We need to live as God wants us to live, overcoming the enemy and glorifying our Lord at every turn.

By the way, for those of you who are interested, both “Finishing the Race,” and “Nephilim Nighmare” are finished and available from the usual channels.
