Babylon and Its System, Part 3

Van Tassel, in the 1950’s, held public meetings where the public could ask questions of Ashtar and where answers would be provided, channelling their information through Van Tassel. The Ashtar Command revelations were compiled into a book that details future events that will take place on the earth. Interestingly, Ashtar himself is said to be, “a Beloved Christian Commander and a very beautiful Being.” [3] Fascinating, isn’t it? Angel of light maybe to deceive? I think so. See 2 Corinthians 11:14.

Does Dispensationalism Teach TWO Methods of Salvation?

Regardless of how often Scofield’s note has been clarified, for some it just doesn’t matter. Dispensationalism is often accused of “hiding” its real meaning, under a blanket of subterfuge. Sadly, this is essentially the only note that Scofield wrote that was questionable. His entire body of work (not only in the remaining notes and articles found within the 1909 edition of the Scofield Study System Bible), but all told, clearly indicate Scofield’s believes regarding grace and salvation.

Ryrie has tried his hand at clarifying, as has Walvoord, as has Chafer and others, yet the deliberate failure to understand persists. This same situation exists regarding the Dispensation of Grace.

Eschatology in Romans Related to Israel and the Church, Part 2

Unfortunately, in today’s religious climate, many even within Christendom see Israel as a problem rather than the source of blessing from God’s perspective. They point to the nation’s rejection of Jesus as Messiah and God’s judgment upon that nation in AD 70 by Rome. This, they believe, is when God not only judged the nation, but chose at that time to cut all ties with Israel forever. While God certainly judged, He most certainly did not cut all ties with Israel. Only through incorrect exegesis and allegorical maneuvering can God’s Word be said to teach that. The whole of the Bible does not support such an untenable position.

Satan’s Subterfuge – What he Does Not Want Believers to Know

We can go through life as Satan wants us to, being defeated and miserable, always wondering why this, or why that, or we can go through life as God wants us to, armed with the knowledge that He is our King, we are adopted and there are divine riches associated with that position. We need to know them. We need to believe them. We need to live as God wants us to live, overcoming the enemy and glorifying our Lord at every turn.

President Obama Anti-Semitic and PLO Agent??

Isn’t it amazing to anyone else that in spite of all odds, Israel remains Israel? In spite of the fact that I cannot think of one country in the world that is actually FOR Israel, Israel continues to exist. That is incredible and as Ezekiel states, it is not for Israel that God is doing what He is doing. It is for the sake of His holy Name that He is doing what He is doing. While I do not blindly support Israel with their decadence, their immorality, their lack of fear where God is concerned, I support their political right to exist and I support what I believe God is doing in that region of the world.

Chile’s Earthquake, the Earth’s Axis and Anti-Semitism

When we stand before Christ, He will not be asking our view of Eschatology. He will be asking about our concern for the lost and how that concern worked itself out in this life. Too many Christians are sidetracked. We need to get back on track and we need to do it now.

Ahmadinejad’s Vitriolic Rhetoric Regarding Israel

Harun Yahya is a man who unlike Ahmadinehad, not only wants peace for Jews, but is willing to help them get there, and still allow them to keep what they already have.

The Holy Spirit Taught Me…

But let’s be clear here. When people start making statements like “I prayed that the Holy Spirit would teach me,” one must stop to ask how could the Holy Spirit be teaching three or four different versions of the same theological topic?

Earthquakes in Various Places…

You would think if people took the time to record an event like the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, they might be inclined to record an event like a massive earthquake, if one happened.

Dispensationalists Are Anti-Semitic?

When the nation of Israel rejected Jesus as Messiah, they were also judged by God. That judgment was fulfilled in A.D. 70 with the complete obliteration of Jerusalem and the Temple. However, what Preterists and others believe is that this was also the Tribulation. In point of fact, it was not the Tribulation and the only way to show that it was, is by completely allegorizing the text of Scripture, ignoring pertinent facts, while whitewashing others.
