Muslims Offended – Austrian Fined…for Yodeling!

Enough is ENOUGH! Apparently, it is against the law in Austria to YODEL. This can offend Muslims. You know what? TOO BAD!
Here is the story:
“An Austrian has been fined for yodeling while mowing his lawn, according to a report.
The Kronen Zeitung newspaper claims Helmut G. was told by a court in Graz, Styria, that his yodeling offended his next-door Muslim neighbours.
The men reportedly accused the 63-year-old of having tried to mock and imitate the call of the Muezzin. The daily paper writes the Austrian was fined 800 Euros after judges ruled he could have tried to offend them and ridicule their belief. The Muslims, whose nationalities were not revealed by the report, were right in the middle of a prayer when the Austrian started to yodel.
“It was not my intention to imitate or insult them. I simply started to yodel a few tunes because I was in such a good mood” the man told the newspaper today (Mon).” [1]
There is a bit more to the story. Apparently, the local police tried to intervene and insist that he stop yodeling and the man ignored the police, after which he was fined.
The article states that the men allegedly “tried to mock and imitate the call of the Muezzin,” according to the Muslims who complained.
You know, the more Muslims are involved in complaints like this, the more the world will push back. So, let me get this straight. The man yodeled and the Muslims assumed he was trying to mock them. On what basis, because they happened to be in prayer at the time?

Quite a short article here, so let´s add some facts from the homebase: 1.) the infidel Friday: This, which was originally a “over the fence-quarrell” lasted from 2009 to summer 2010 YES, the muslim neighbours did have a recording of their Friday Prayers on high volume to listen to it in the garden every FRI/12.pm and yes Herr Helmuth G. did yodel, sing lawn-mowing and making noise in other “creative ways” every FRI/12.pm. Significant thing here is, the muslim neighbours STOPPED their noise after some weeks. Mister G. did not! And so, after a time and a Mister G. who did not want to talk or stop, the muslim neighbours did something very austrian/western: they called Police. 2.) the more infidel reporting of Mister G.: As every learned Austrian know, if a austrian policeman has to aussekoffern wegn so an Schaas bec. of a neighbour quarrell at holy midday time (midday time is kinda holy in Austria, i don´t know for muslim world though) he will get pissed…very pissed with the originator of (his) midday peace interuption- so after dunning Mister G. FIVE TIMES to keep it down at midday, the police reported Mister G. to the districts attourney bureau bec. of defying a officers orders – so not the muslims reported him, the police did (The neighbours said, they wanted a amicabe solution)! Anyway Mister G.s case was dismissed and got into a so-called Diversion”

Justice? The exact opposite has happened. muslims are unable to tolerate ANYTHING they feel is offensive, and are part of a hateful and violent religion. How can a man be fined for yodeling? FREE SPEECH!!! I hope Europe soon experiences a backlash against such Muslim-pandering, or all of Europe will soon be overrun. Islam is very good at pushing others around.”

If interested, you are welcome to go to that page yourself and read more comments. The truth seems to be somewhere in the middle. Muslims moved into an area of Austria and simply began to play a recording of their prayers and call to prayers on Fridays at Noon. That would annoy most people and certainly anyone who is not Muslims. So, the “infidel” in question started making his own noise to cover it. I play drums and I probably would have resorted to that, as opposed to listening to the whining and howling of some Muslim recording as they pray to Satan…ur…Allah every Friday. That is ridiculous!
Eventually, as one individual above states, the Muslims stopped making their noise, but the “infidel” did not. Makes sense, unless he wanted to look as though he was deliberately attempting to cover their noise. So who wound up complaining? The Muslims, even though they started the whole problem by playing loud recordings during their prayer time. Did they bother to ask anyone if they minded? Did they even check with the local laws and ordinances? It does not appear to be so, but they were very quick to invite the law to do its job when they decided that they did not like the noise of their neighbor.
This is the core of the problem with many Muslims. They care little for assimilating in society and they see themselves as only having to answer to Shariah Law. When it is convenient, they will certainly use society’s laws against other citizens, while at the same time, resisting efforts to come under the control of these same laws for themselves. They see the world as under Shariah Law already, therefore they need only to respond to that set of laws. Moving from one area to another makes no difference for Muslims because of their own particular worldview, a view in which the entire world exists under the umbrella of Shariah Law.
The reality seems to be that more and more, the world has grown sick and tired of Muslims and their encroachment on other people’s freedoms and they’re starting to fight back.
