MTHFR: Here’s to Your Health!
My lifestyle and diet has changed dramatically over the past several years. It has allowed me to lose nearly 70 pounds and in some ways, I feel much better. However, because of the ongoing fibromyalgia and CFS, other issues seem to be constantly at the forefront with me. I always seem to be fighting off fatigue, a foggy head with inability to concentrate, and a general malaise that cannot be explained. Folks, this is what medical doctors would say hypochondriacs are made of, but thanks to the field of genetics, things are being uncovered that provide more and more information on how are bodies work or how they are supposed to work but don’t.

By the way, I’m not saying that something like “Cynthia” is what the Bible is talking about. It may well be that God simply pours out one plague after another supernaturally onto human society and the earth. I’m simply saying that at least some of the things created by science have unexpected effects that are similar to or even parallel the events described in Scripture. Because of that, it is not difficult to understand how these things referenced in the Bible could easily occur. Science may have been unwittingly providing the very things that God will use at the end of this age. It’s not far-fetched and those who have had a difficult time taking Scripture in its plain and obvious sense should see these things as quite possible.

One particular section of her book – METHYLATION IS THE MESSAGE – explains a great deal about DNA, repairing and building it, immune function, digestive issues, neurotransmitter balance, inflammation and a number of other areas that can directly impact the formation of autism, as well as other illnesses or maladies. I’m still working my way through her book, but since it’s available for free, you can download your own copy and get going on it yourself. Even if you do not have anyone in your family with autism, the knowledge that you will discover about yourself is really invaluable.
