MTHFR: Here’s to Your Health!

My lifestyle and diet has changed dramatically over the past several years. It has allowed me to lose nearly 70 pounds and in some ways, I feel much better. However, because of the ongoing fibromyalgia and CFS, other issues seem to be constantly at the forefront with me. I always seem to be fighting off fatigue, a foggy head with inability to concentrate, and a general malaise that cannot be explained. Sometimes, seeking out quality healthcare from specialists is the only way to go for some folks who suffer from maladies like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and other illnesses. We need to learn how to be and remain as healthy as possible. This goes a long way in ensuring the spiritual portion of our lives is also doing well.
