Bestbuy Update!

I spoke with a number of people at the corporate level at Bestbuy on Wednesday and interestingly enough, both folks I spoke with agreed with me about removing Christ from Christmas by not including “Merry Christmas” or not using the word “Christmas” in their advertising.

Interestingly enough, when I returned home from NC today, there was a telephone message waiting for me, from one of the individuals I spoke with at Bestbuy, who indicated that his supervisor said to assure me that they had not yet begun running their Christmas advertising, but they learned their lesson from last year.  This year’s ads WOULD include the word “Christmas” and/or “Merry Christmas”!

I’m glad some corporations still listen to consumers!  Thank you, Bestbuy!  I will continue to shop at Bestbuy stores!
