Dow Jones Tumbles 1,000 Points at Opening Bell

America will not get a reprieve. This nation will be included in that one world government that’s coming. I don’t see anything in Scripture that says otherwise and I’m unwilling to acquiesce to a man who believes God “revealed” truth to him, yet instead of standing behind it, writes several books in fictionalized format detailing it. If this is God’s truth, it should never have been published as fiction. I don’t recall any prophet doing that in the Old Testament and you don’t get to point to Nathan who came to David after the Bathsheba affair and the murder of her husband, Uriah. Nathan was using a story to illustrate a truth and in effect, revealed that truth to David. He wanted David to admit that what the one man did to the other man (in the story) was unconscionable and wrong. Had Nathan gone to King David and simply accused him, David might have tried to lie about it.

Man Interrupts Dr. John MacArthur’s Sermon Over Cessationism

If you’ve never had to deal with someone who firmly believes that God “told” them or “sent” them to do something, consider yourself fortunate. Too often, these people believe they have a “word of knowledge” and if you don’t accept that word, then you’ve rejected God. It’s really a very unfortunate, ambiguous, and even conceited way of living life, but these people don’t see it like that at all. Instead, they see themselves as a modern day John the Baptist or some other godly prophet who – as a watchman on the wall – has the responsibility of viewing the landscape of Christendom and pointing out the flaws they see. In this case, the “flaw” was Dr. MacArthur’s opposition to Charismatic gifts, like speaking in tongues.

Biblical Guide to Shemitah and Blood Moons

In reality, what Jonathan Cahn does in his books is set dates without actually setting specific dates. It’s a form of date-setting because he says things may happen based on his theory of the Shemitah and how it works. This is why more and more people are lining up to warn the rest of us about September 13, 2015 and what may be coming to America and the world. There are also plenty of articles that discuss the things that will happen within 15 days of September 13th (the end of this current Shemitah). Folks, I don’t need the Shemitah or blood moons to tell me that eventually, a one-world government is going to be installed. For that to happen, things will have to “crash” and change. The world will need a global currency too. No more dollar. How and when that will happen, I’m not sure, but I’m more inclined to think it will be a gradual decision/change rather than a financial crash which will send everyone into a panic and the elite will likely lose control. Don’t look at Greece or other European countries as a template for America. What’s happening in Greece is still very controlled, though it doesn’t appear to be the case.

Author David James Hits It Out of Park with New Book on Shemitah and Blood Moons

The current drama that is being played out in society allegedly connected to the Shemitah is palpably arrogant and wrong. For the past 10 plus years, “experts” have been predicting a crash. They’ve warned that we need to take our money out of the banks. I just read another article today where the expert there stated without equivocation that most banks in the world are bankrupt. He also went on to say that a global financial crash is coming like no other and we should prepare for it. How? There are some things people can do but most people are not in the position to take their money out of the bank because they have so little of it. They cannot afford to buy huge stores of food and such because they don’t have the financial ability.

Why Do We Tend to Automatically Believe Beings from Other Dimensions? Pt 2

I’m not sure why he would think that since in another comment, I had already told him I am a Christian. The afterlife does not only not bother me, but I look forward to it! What Christian does not look forward to it? In the after life, Christians will have the real experience of having our sin natures completely removed from us. Hence, there will never be another chance to sin, to fall short. Moreover, we will be given new, glorified bodies that will never become corrupted. They will never die. Who would not look forward to that? But because I tried to direct him to simply ask questions about his “experience” he took umbrage.

Why Do We Tend to Automatically Believe Beings from Other Dimensions? Pt 1

To simply believe that all entities in other dimensions are filled with integrity is to believe that all people in this realm are also all filled with integrity. It doesn’t work like that. But here’s the biggest problem. Unless you are woken up to the possibility that at least some of these spiritual entities are not concerned about you and want to rob you of the opportunity to receive salvation, you will likely continue to believe that they are all good and want nothing but the best for you. Not only is there no proof for that belief, but you cannot even prove it to yourself! In spite of that, you choose to believe about these spiritual entities what you would never believe about another human being!

Prophecies of Daniel 11, Part 5

This is the problem with getting involved in something over politics. You never know how it’s going to turn out. These Jews were putting their trust in some political figure, the king of the North to help them. The problem of course, is that they should have been turning instead to their own God, but didn’t. They trusted in themselves and were bitten on the backside for their troubles. Had they sought God, repented of their rebellion, submitted themselves to Him and His ways, things would have undoubtedly turned out differently.

Pastor Jim Staley of Passion for Truth Ministries Indicted

My point is that people who play fast and loose with God’s Word end up going off the main path and into their own little wilderness. Because there seems to be something unique, yet spiritual about that person and their beliefs, they wind up attracting others to them. People get excited because it seems to them that God is doing “something new.” This happened a lot when I was involved in the Charismatic Movement of the 1970s. God was always doing something new. There was always a new way to understand God’s Word, a new way that God was “speaking,” or a new way that God was revealing Himself to people. It all boiled down to “signs and wonders” and the side-show that used to be church.

Jonathan Cahn and the Hebrew Roots Movement

But this is also why Jonathan Cahn’s books are doing so well and I have neglected to mention this previously. Cahn tugs at the heart strings of Christians who want to identify with Judaism because Jesus was/is Jewish. Who among us would not want to go back to the time of Jesus and follow Him around, adoringly receiving everything He said and did? We would want to be like Him, right? But what many forget is that Judaism was the first phase in God’s plan and the festivals, the law, etc., were fulfilled by Jesus. This does not mean that since Jesus obeyed the law to the nth degree, Christians don’t have to do so. On the contrary, Christians are obligated to obey every aspect of God’s moral law. However, it is clear from Scripture that Christians are not obligated to observe Jewish festivals!

True Meaning of Sabbatical Year Cycles from the Old Testament

America will fall one day, but it won’t fall because of some imagined connection with Israel and the “Sabbatical Year” cycle or “Shemitah.” America will fall because of her failure to support Israel! When Jesus returns to this earth, God will judge the nations. It’s called the “Sheep and the Goats Judgment” and is found in Matthew 25:31-46. There, each nation is judged based on how they treated Israel (especially during the coming Tribulation). This particular judgment occurs after the Tribulation and after Jesus returns to this planet physically. It won’t happen this September!
