Prophecies of Daniel 1, Part 1
It is fascinating though how one of the big aims of Satan has always seemed to be to get the Jews out of Israel and Judaism out of the Jewish people. It doesn’t seem to matter who the dictator or king is at the time either. The goal always seems to be the same. Make the Jewish people forget about their God and Judaism itself.
Christians Are Not of This World
God leaves us here after we become Christians to help rescue others out of Satan’s dark dominion. He does not leave us here so that we can become preoccupied trying to fight to get America (or any other nation) back. We have a mission to rescue other people by introducing them to Jesus. That is our mission in its totality.
America Is On Borrowed Time
America is on borrowed time. We are well past the point of no return. There is no going back. If you want to work to change America as a nation politically, I certainly will not try to stop you from doing that. For me? While this country hurtles toward judgment (and it is coming!), my preference is to be involved in pulling people from the fire by introducing them to the only One who can save them from their sin.
Christians Waste Too Much Time Being Concerned About America
Folks, let’s leave America to God and be about fulfilling the one job He did give us, the Great Commission, where we tell individuals about Jesus and their need for salvation. America is simply a backdrop. My citizenship is in heaven, folks. I’m hoping yours is too, but from the looks of things, too many believe their citizenship is in America, where it starts and stops.
Can We Move Past Talk About Signs and Wonders Please?
The reality is that what we need to know about the end times or the last days if you will leading up to and including the Tribulation period is already noted in God’s Word. It is clear. It is unmistakable and does not have 3,000-year-old secrets that have gone undetected until today when “prophets” or teachers can bring them to the fore as though by direct revelation from God. These revelations have occurred directly because at least one author stated that God “told” him what was coming. He said God showed him a connection between the Shemitah, blood moons and more, yet apparently, God was kind of unsure about all of it because when you read his books, he sounds more like a politician than a prophet, always presenting his propositions with “might” or “could” or “may” happen. That’s not the declaration of a true prophet, yet that is what is accepted today as coming from a “prophet,” but is nothing more than emotional virtue, basing “truth” on how we feel about something. Truth is truth regardless of how we feel. Feelings can be deceiving and often take us off the path of truth. It started in the Garden of Eden with a woman who had no sin nature and in essence was “perfect” yet untried. We don’t have the luxury of living without a sin nature. It is something we must fight against all of our lives until it is finally and fully removed from us. That’s what makes our lives much more difficult than Adam’s and Eve’s because they started life without sin natures. Imagine how they felt once they realized what their sin had created.

God’s Unfolding and Incrementally Revealed Will Does Not Mean God Changes
Dispensationalism does not teach that God changes. At its root, it simply tells us that at various times, God chose to reveal Himself to humanity in different ways and often gave special instructions during that time (the sacrificial system for Israel, as one example). That does not equate to Him changing. In fact, all it means is that He chooses to show us a different side of Him that we had no real knowledge of beforehand.
Prophecies of Daniel 11, Part 19
As we learn in Daniel 9:27, peace is brokered by the Antichrist (the first Seal of Revelation 6) and the world celebrates! True peace for at least seven years! However, by the middle of the “week” or final seventh year, Antichrist shows his true face by replicating what Antiochus Epiphanes IV did in 168 BC. At that point, Antichrist will take his seat in the rebuilt Jewish Temple and desecrate it, recreating an “abomination of desolation” that Jesus spoke about in Matthew 24. This abomination of desolation will be real, it will be physical, and it will be visible. In fact, it is very likely that seconds after Antichrist goes into the Holy of Holies, that act of defiance will be televised throughout the world and across the Internet. At this point, the Jews who put their faith in him (for peace), will realize what they did and run to the hills, where God will protect that remnant for the final three and a half years of the Tribulation. This is all in the book of Revelation.
Prophecies of Daniel 11, Part 15
The reason the Antichrist “will show no regard for the gods of his fathers…” is due to the fact that he will see himself as GOD. Therefore, he has no need of any other god. That’s what the text states. He has no regard for the gods of his fathers and has no regard for any other god. He will be God and all pretense will be gone. It will be a horrible time on this planet where Satan will have nearly absolute sway over all things (through Antichrist, his spiritual “son”).
Prophecies of Daniel 11, Part 14
Satan wanted man in order to fall to prove God wrong and to gain control of earth and this realm. This is what occurred with the fall, giving Satan the title deed to earth (from Adam, who actually had it beforehand). The entire unfolding drama of redemption was not simply to save and restore humanity, but to restore all of God’s Creation. This is why Revelation 5 is so very important. It’s not just some measure of pageantry taking place in heaven. It’s pageantry involving the process by which Jesus (the Lamb) is seen to have successfully regained the title deed to earth (the seven-sealed scroll). In heaven, as John watched, nothing could move forward until the Lamb was found to have been “worthy” of regaining that title deed. Without it, Satan would be victor.
Plethora of False Teachers Pointing the Way
Please notice the emphasis is on equipping true Christians for the task of works of service in order that we might build one another up as we become mature in Him (an ongoing process until we get to heaven). We are not to be taught the truth of God’s Word so that we can marvel about how much we think we understand. Nor are we to learn from qualified teachers so that we can run around like chickens without our heads worrying about the sky possibly falling. We are to be equipped for the purpose of service, which builds up the Body of Christ (the invisible, true Church).
