Is the Federal Government STEALING Food Supplies?

I have read a number of reports of late where FBI, as well as other law enforcement agencies, have been involved in attempting (or succeeding) in simply taking food supplies.  This may sound extremely weird or “out there” to many, but if any of the reports on the ‘Net offer any truth at all, then it would appear as though the Feds are interested in taking food that farmers produce.

They are interested in live cattle and even organic food supplies.  Why?  What could out government want with these items and why does it think it has some “right” to take them?

So what’s going on?  Why does the government need our food?

It seems that a bill passed that gave the FDA more control over how food is produced and who gets to produce it.  Apparently, some larger companies like Monsanto have poured millions into getting the Food Safety Act passed.  Monsanto produces hybrid or organic seeds and may well be afraid of the competition brought by small organic farmers.  This would explain the reason for the measure though its efficacy is questionable.

So, is this why the Feds are starting to come down on small farms?  Could be, but it could also have more dire consequences.  We’ll keep our ears open and eyes peeled regarding this situation and update as we learn more.
