Desiring to Live Longer?
Am I ready to go to be with the Lord in eternity? Whenever He calls me home. However, I also know that life is going to get terrible for society as we approach the coming Tribulation and I’d like to be able to live long enough to ensure that our children can face the future relying heavily on God. We have no idea just how bad it will get but if the current problems in society are any indication, it won’t be pretty and will create hardships for many.

Babylon and Its System, Part 4
Those Christians living during the coming Tribulation will be very tempted to become part of the Babylon system – religiously, economically, politically and socially – and may even want to move to that location to be closer to the action. The fact that once destroyed, Babylon becomes a haunt of demons, unclean spirits, birds and beasts probably affirms the fact that this Babylon in Revelation 17/18 is a real, physical place if physical birds and beasts can dwell there.

But Babylon is not simply the apostate religious system in all its forms. It also includes and is undergirded by the economic system that holds it up. This is what Revelation 18 is all about as it shows us a Babylon that is an economic system.
Truth Suppression
It is becoming very difficult to be a Christian in today’s society because of the way the world suppresses the truth in many areas. Authentic Christians are caught in the crosshairs largely because God and the Bible are caught in the crosshairs. We are coming to a time when I can see churches which believe and follow the absolute truth of Scripture will become smaller and smaller. It would not surprise me frankly, if many of the Christians within these churches resort to meeting in people’s homes, not for the purpose of starting what they hope will be a huge church, but because truth will become so difficult to find in too many churches. Those churches will be interested in pleasing the crowd and in so doing, will become part of the group that suppresses truth.
Vexing of Our Souls?
What are we Christians doing today? Sure, many of us are fighting the good fight of patriotism. We support President Trump and want what is best for the United States of America. Other Christians in foreign nations are trying to do the same thing.
But shouldn’t we also be using our frustration, vexation and feeling provoked within to bring the Gospel message to the masses who so desperately need it? Shouldn’t this be our reaction to the deep-seated hatred emanating from the godless Left?
No One Considers Eternity…
Death comes to everyone of us. It’s going to happen. Think about all those celebrities of yesteryear from Hollywood’s Golden Years. People literally worshiped those people but in the end, regardless of their fame, wealth and power, they could not avoid the great equalizer: death. Celebrities continue to die today. Look at the shows you may have grown up with and ask how many of those actors are still alive now? Death is no respecter of persons. It comes for everyone regardless of rank in life.

Hope for Seven Year-Old James Younger
The idea that James Younger knows that he allegedly wants to be a girl (according to non-biological mom), is ridiculous. He’s way too young to know and certainly, he’s been open to her constant suggestion (backed by forcing him to wear dresses), about transitioning to a girl for a number of years. Was Milton Berle or any other man who dressed as a woman as part of their act wanting to “transition” to female? Come on, let’s use critical thinking skills and it doesn’t take that much to understand the reality.
