Perniciously Pervasive
In my view, the best way to move forward is to reduce and even eliminate our emotional dependence on the way society used to be. Pull away. Separate yourself emotionally and you won’t be dragged down by it. Do not allow yourself to be overcome by what God is allowing Satan and his cohorts (both demonic and human), to accomplish in life.
Being Invisible
The goal – as Charles Hugh Smith notes – is to not stick out like a sore thumb or stand up like a nial. He refers to it as “opting out.” You don’t make noise. You don’t call attention to yourself. You don’t scream and shout about it. You simply go about your business quietly, choosing to opt out of mandates you believe are unconstitional and harmful to your health and economic means (masks, social distancing, lock-downs, jabs, etc.).
Gospel of Nuancing
Such is the life of the “nuancer.” Their job is to create doubt and to ultimately redirect away from God and the truth of His Word. They are the worst of deceivers because they are so nuanced in their speech/writings. Their words leave just enough room to make a person think they are hitting the mark biblically, but in the end, miss it altogether.
They Ignore It All
So, the plan is to push a narrative and do the things that bring that narrative to fruition. While doing that, they willfully ignore any information that rises to the surface that calls their narrative into question and will vilify anyone who sees behind the curtain and wants to bring that out into the open.
Science? Really?
So folks, in the coming weeks and months we will all be faced with the same mandates we faced during the original COVID. Mentally prepare yourself for the ever-widening mask, social distancing and even jab mandates. If and when that doesn’t cause enough fear in society, we should expect to see “climate change” lock-downs on top of that, which I’m assuming will mean little or no travel without express permission. Law enforcement will be just “doing their jobs” by ticketing and even possibly arresting people who ignore and set aside these mandates.
Can Society Survive This?
All of these things – the lack of discernment, the problems with a growing number of Christian leaders, etc. – all provide telltale clues that God’s Word is coming to fruition. People today – both inside and outside of the Church – are more concerned with racial reconciliation, embracing homosexuals, lesbians and transgenders and doing whatever they can to impoverish their congregations by not actually preaching God’s Word, but preaching around it; using a Scripture here or there as a spring board into brainwashing attendees rather than edifying them.

I wish I could say that things will get better. They won’t. They are going to worsen. We can be assured of that so draw close to our Lord and hold on tight. He has your back. I’ll end with one of my favorite sections of Scripture that I’ve memorized and repeat often (along with Isaiah 41:10), Psalm 147:17-20 (ESV). Read it. Memorize it. Repeat it to yourself. Allow that truth to wash over you as you face each new storm in life. He has not forgotten or rejected you. Learn to fear offending Him through an increase in love for Him. Endeavor to be as truthful as you can be in your prayers to Him. Trust Him for His provision. Everything He does is righteous and gracious.
Normalcy is the Cure
So again, what should our response be to all of this? I can only think of one real substantive response that will allow us to retain our dignity and purposefully create for ourselves some semblance of well-being in the midst of the growing behemoth of corruption that seeks to swallow all dissenters up and conform us to the final global order.
Thought Patterns
I’ve always been a glass half empty kind of person. Always. It’s simply my nature and I realize it largely has to do with impact my parents made on the way I saw the world and think in general. I’m not blaming them. I’m simply saying that whether or not they realized it, they tended to pass down to me (and my sister), the negativism that was rife in their own lives and between my mother and father. That negativism was alive and often fearful to me and so based on what I saw and experienced from a young age, my negative patterns of thinking developed. The adage, “you live what you learn” is very true.
Inconvenient Truths
People need to wake up to what is happening in the world. However, we are up against people who are not saved who believe the lies, people who are saved, but who do not walk closely enough with God to realize they believe lies, and finally, people who may have an inkling of the truth, but out of fear, go along with the narrative simply because it’s easier.
