Obama is Suing Arizona…

It Does Not Matter Anymore When the People of America Speak...

You know, the more I consider this announcement from the Justice Department, the more I think that someone is attempting to start another Civil War here in the United States, or maybe race riots.  Sure, that is strong language, but the reality is that since Obama has taken office, instead of defending the United States Constitution, President Obama seems intent on dismantling it.

Obama has effectively gone around the world, bowing to other leaders as if he is somehow subservient.  He has opted to make Islamic Jihadists and extremists look better by removing certain phrasing from connection with them.

He has pushed through a hasty Obamacare medical package that could easily bankrupt this country, foisting Socialistic medicine on the masses.  He has tossed Israel under the bus, and has consistently come out in favor of Islam and Muslim countries in the Middle East, and now, he has decided that though there are laws at the Federal level that have to do with illegal immigration, the Federal government should sue the state of Arizona!

The move is a rare instance of the federal government forcefully intervening in a state’s affairs, and it carries significant political risks. With immigration continuing to be a hot-button issue in political campaigns across the country, the Arizona law, which gives local police greater power to check the legal status of people they stop, has become a rallying point for the Tea Party and other conservative groups.”[2]

Apparently, Clinton spilled the beans during her visit to Ecuador.  Regarding the Arizona situation, Clinton stated, “The Justice Department, under [Obama’s] direction, will be bringing a lawsuit against the act.” [1]

Governor Brewer of Arizona does not strike me as an idiot.  I find it difficult to believe she would have signed this “act” into law if it had been determined to be unconstitutional.  In fact, does anyone really believe that Brewer did not have anyone check into the constitutionality of the law first?

But that does not seem to matter because the whole thing plays well in the “race card” arena.  People get all up in arms, as if every Hispanic individual in Arizona is going to automatically be stopped by law enforcement officials because of the color of their skin.  It is ridiculous.

With respect Clinton’s comments, the article continued “A State Department spokesman, Philip J. Crowley, said Mrs. Clinton was responding to deep unhappiness over the law that has been expressed in Mexico and other Latin American countries.”[3]

So?  People from Mexico and other Latin American countries?  What do they have to do with United States policy?  The article continued say, “At home, polls show that a majority of Americans support the law, or at least the concept of states more rigorously enforcing immigration laws.”[4]

So I guess we are now making policy and laws based on what other countries think about us?  When did that start?

In the meantime, President Obama has done precious little to quell the problems in this country.  In fact, with the problem of the oil spill in the Gulf, he has been a Johnny-come-lately, finally getting around to looking at the problem and then talking tough to the American people about making “BP pay.”  The posturing gets a bit asinine.  His strings are starting to show…

I am beginning to fully believe that President Obama would like nothing less than civil war in the United States.  The more turmoil that can be created, the more people will demand the Federal government to do something.  When it comes to that point, people are going to willingly give up even more of their rights, if the government will be able to bring peace within America’s borders.

This is not as far-fetched as some might believe.  Things are starting to add up and it does not look good for this country of ours.  We have a probable Muslim as a sitting president, he may in fact, not even be eligible to be there, and now he wants the Republic of the United States, to become a socialist regime.  Wow, he’s accomplished quite a bit in only a short time.
