Fusion Centers, Residence Facilities, and Council of Governors

I was watching “Conspiracy Theory” hosted by Jesse Ventura last night with my wife and even though I’ve seen it a number of times previously (and was not that impressed), last night’s episode was interesting for its topic. Ventural and company had set out to discover what they could find out about what are known as Fusion Centers. Fusion Centers are buildings where people work, who collect information on people. Actually, that’s wrong if you believe one of the individual’s Ventura was talking with in last night’s show. What they actually (or is that supposedly) do is collect information on trends. Uh…sure.
Anyway, there is virtually no oversight with respect to Fusion Centers, which ultimately means there could be a great deal of abuse and overreach. That is of course, very difficult to know since there is no one place or department that oversees Fusion Centers.
One part of the show was particularly (and inadvertently) funny. Ventura, with camera crew in toe, came to the front of what was called a “Residence Facility.” This facility is apparently to house people in, apparently for their safety. The problem – as Ventura pointed out – is that the facility has two sets of chain link fences around the perimeter, with razor and barbed wire at the top of each fence. Moreover, there is a sign outside the fence that speaks of anyone trying to escape from the facility.
Ventura went up to the main door, which was locked. He then went to a speaker, pushed the button and tried to get someone’s attention from inside the building. Eventually, a pleasant woman came outside the front door and greeted Ventura. She never invited him in, but chose to talk with him there. I got the impression that she thought she would say “hello,” offer a few bits of info and that would be it.
Ventura pushed her with questions like “Why does this look like a prison?” and “I’ve never been to a public building where the front doors were locked – why is that?” and other questions that started to make the woman stutter. She then began to use the old “pass the buck” scheme by nicely stating that she would be happy to write down his questions and pass them onto the individuals in charge. Just like the government, isn’t it?
Well, by this time, another individual had come up to help out. He could not explain why the place looked like a prison either except to say that it was for the safety of the residents living there. When Ventura asked “who do they need to be safe from?” the man’s brain seemed to stop working for a few seconds, but then he said, “Pardon me?” Ventura repeated it and the man just stared…duh. Tick-tock, tick-tock.
Eventually Ventura and team left and he hooked up with Alex Jones. If you’ve done any research into conspiracy theories at all, you’ve probably come across the name. At any rate, Jones took Ventura to an interesting site where hundreds upon hundreds of large plastic bins were stacked. Apparently, they were coffins in which up to four people could be fitted. They all had lids as well. It was an unbelievable sight.
After Ventural and Jones left, workers and semis wasted no time getting the coffins out of the place. Ventura had contacted the company that created the coffins and asked what they were all about. The answer was that they had been produced for a future need. Well, that’s interesting.
Regarding the residence facilities, there are apparently nearly one hundred of these residence facilities around the United States. Beyond this, the Council of Governors is a group of ten hand-picked governors (by President Obama) and the United States has been divided into ten sections. Supposedly, if martial law was ever required for America, these governors – reporting directly to Obama – would each take control of one section of the U.S.
Ventura also spoke of detention centers that have been used in the U.S. before going back to WWII when Japanese (who were citizens of the United States, not here illegally) were interred in these camps without due process. Because it was a time of war, it was somehow excused, but in the end, American citizens lost their rights solely because of their ethnicity.
Is there a time coming when martial law will be declared and when whole families will be sent to live in these residence facilities? Has the United States been divided into ten sections, with each section to be overseen by a governor who is already on the Council of Governors? Are Fusion Centers busy keeping an eye on “trends”? The answer to these three questions is, in my opinion, yes.
I firmly believe that the things that are being put into place now will be utilized, but I do not believe they will necessarily be utilized until sometime during the middle of the Tribulation period, when Antichrist begins running amok. They may be used prior to that but the large scale use of these things will probably not occur until the middle of the Tribulation.
Think about something. What would be a good time for our president to declare martial law? When would it be perfect for the world’s leaders to have to really buckle down on people (for their own good, of course)? When will things come together so that people look in earnest to their governments to fix things?
I can think of a number of situations that would occur that might very well usher in such a time period. The one that stands out in my mind the most is the Rapture. Oh I know, some of you just rolled your eyes, but hear me out for just a moment.
IF the Rapture is a real event and IF it occurs prior to the Tribulation, what would be the result? Oh, anywhere from 20 million people on up would be gone in less than an instant. Think of the ramifications! There would be accidents, deaths, and immediately the economy would destabilize terribly. All of a sudden there would be 20 million people (or more) who were no longer here to pay their mortgages, or other bills. These are the type of people who have worked hard and faithfully paid their taxes. Now they are gone.
New Agers who have been taught that the Great Evacuation would happen one day (cf. Barbara Marciniak’s writings) in which 20 million or more people would leave this planet “in a twinkling of an eye” (her words) might celebrate because the “malcontents” are gone. However, once the partying stops, the reality sets in and it is not a pleasant reality. Millions of homes are empty, millions of bills go unpaid, banks begin to close in droves, stores cannot keep up with demands of the remaining people and many small businesses are simply gone because their owners/operators are gone.
The Rapture would create an amazingly terrible situation for those remaining. Everything would destabilize and people would become scared. They would cry out to the government to help and to do something. The government would say that they will, but it will have to be done their way in spite of freedoms that may be removed temporarily. People would be okay with this because of their panic. They will willingly give up freedoms to be assured that the government will handle things. What is a little inconvenience if things turn out all right? It depends upon how much inconvenience people will put up with then.
Think about air travel now. If things continue the way they are going, whenever we fly on a plane, we will be strip-searched (including our cavities) before we can get on a plane. Imagine approaching security, removing our shoes, our belts, our change, our pants, our shirt, our underwear and then walking through a metal detector, a full body scanner and the final coup de gras is bending over at 90 degrees while some lacky being paid $8.75 per hour investigates all your crevices. Does that sound good to you? It’s getting pretty close to that now with the new “enhanced manual search.” Of course, even though people complain that it is too invasive, they usually end with “But if it means I’m safer when I fly, well then I guess we have to do that.” No, actually we do NOT have to succumb to that, but we do. We are being treated as if we are guilty and must prove our innocence before we are allowed to get on a plane. The more people are willing to put up with, the more freedoms we will lose.
The worse part of this whole thing is that these “security” people are simply people off the streets who are paid slightly more than minimum wage and have little customer training. They can be gruff, demanding, and all because they have a little power that can and does go to their heads. It is ridiculous that the American public are treated as they are, yet that is the case.
At some point in the future, there will be some catastrophic event that will cause the world to issue a cry of “help!” to their governments. For their own protection, the government will step in, herd people into “camps,” eliminate the feisty ones (you know, the ones who actually know their rights) and essentially treat everyone like two-year olds. Of course, this will not apply to leaders, important people and in general, the rich. It will only happen to the average citizen who creates situations in which people can become rich, or those who are voted into office as leaders.
Fusion Centers, Residence Facilities, the Council of Governors, and a good deal more are thoroughly in the works. A friend of mine sent me a link to a Web site in which “A Pakistani newspaper is quoting one of the country’s ministers as stating he wants President Obama to offer Muslim prayers at Ground Zero and become the “Caliph,” or ruler, of the Islamic nation.” [1] Isn’t that swell? Muslims are actually coming out with their audible wishes to have President Obama become the ruler of the Islamic nation.
If that were to happen, I can only imagine how Americans would react. Just as importantly though, I wonder how the Islamic world would really react. I can also see a tug of war between people like Minister Farakhan, Jesse Jackson, President Ahmadinejad and others over the whole issue.
We often hear of the fact that President Obama cannot speak coherently without his good ol’ teleprompter. I’m not so sure it’s due to ignorance or incompetence. I am starting to believe it is because he knows he must be extremely careful what he says and how he says it. One slip and people might begin to see him as he is and that would not be pretty to a lot of people. Therefore, he does what he can to maintain his “innocence” in a world in which many believe he is not what he says he is because of his actions.
This world is absolutely and without doubt moving toward the time when their will be a total collapse leading to the revealing of the Antichrist and eventually, the gates of hell spilling their contents onto the face of the earth. It is coming. If you are missing the signs, you may wish to start actively searching for them. Change is definitely coming and the change that is on its way will make many wish that they could turn the hands of time backwards.
