For Those Who STILL Refuse to Believe the Tide Is Turning AGAINST Christians, in America!

With the amount of radical Muslims in the United States, it stands to reason that they would begin to exert their influence and they would do so by using our own Constitutional laws against the citizens of this country with whom they disagree.
Let me comment first on the Ground Zero mosque and our dear friend (cough, cough), Imam Rauf. He has recently stated that if the mosque in the shadow of Ground Zero is not built, there will be more terrorist attacks. The implication is that if the Ground Zero mosque IS built, the terrorist attacks will cease. Fat chance.
This has NEVER happened in Israel, in spite of how often Israel’s leaders have given into the demands of the U.N. by returning land taken during the Six-Day War of 1967. History has PROVEN that every time Israel has acquiesced to the demands of neighboring countries and/or the U.N. and given land back, the terrorists simply moved into the newly returned land and continued shelling Israel from that vantage point.
There are unfortunately people in this country who actually believe you can negotiate with terrorists. It does not happen. These people are brainwashed to believe that by blowing themselves up among a group of people who are not Islamic (and because of that, are seen as infidels who are opposed to Islam), they will be immediately ushered into the presence of Allah and will be given 70 virgins to enjoy eternity. You do not negotiate with people like this because in order to do so, you have to get passed their brainwashed state and, except for a miracle of God to open their blind eyes, that will not happen.
So Imam Rauf is attempting to make Americans believe that if the mosque in the shadow of Ground Zero is not built, then all hell will break lose. Look, the fact is that all hell has already broken loose. It is a no-win situation for us because we are condemned if we do and condemned if we do not.
The other day, I happened to turn on MSNBC and saw a new talking head; new to me at least. He was rambling on about the recent terrorist trials and how only one individual was found guilty of only one charge and because of that, democracy won. He went on to accuse Republican legislators of being afraid of terrorists because many of them believed that the Gitmo trials of the detainees held there should have been a military tribunal, not a civil court. What other time were captured enemies during a time of war not have been tried in a military court?
The talking head – and I wish I could remember his name – went onto say how great the U.S. Constitution is and how democracy is the best there is out there. I would agree, but I disagree that civilians should have sat in judgment of the individuals who were being tried on war crimes. Many liberals along with President Obama wanted that because they knew it meant a greater chance of acquittal. Conservatives knew that as well.
While the talking head was accusing Republican lawmakers of being afraid of terrorists, he seemed to imply that Democrats are the ones who have their thinking caps on straight. They are obviously not afraid of terrorists, which is why they are willing to have these terrorists tried in front of a civil court.
These are the same people – many of them – who support the Ground Zero mosque and the huge expansion that is moving forward in Murphreesboro, TN, with a mosque that already exists. People are fighting it tooth and nail, but there are too many liberal judges apparently who do not see any threat to terrorism from Islam. This is in spite of the fact that virtually ALL captured and known terrorists ARE Islamic. They are not white, old ladies who can barely walk, but are often picked out of the line at airports because there is just something about them that doesn’t add up. Never mind that it’s probably the metal in their knee or hip replacement surgeries.
Terrorist play all the games they can play in order to get what they want. It begins slowly, and before you know it, you are being cooked alive in a pot of water that was cold when you got into it. Liberals in America and elsewhere want you to believe that you cannot profile when it comes to terrorists. They want you to believe that if we just give them what they want, they will go away. If you try to be friends with terrorists, they will be nice to you. None of these things are true.
In short, we NEED to profile, we NEED to stop giving them what they want, and we NEED to stop being nice to them. The only thing they actually understand tragically, is a show of brute force. That is part of their brainwashing that has taken place throughout their lives. Kill the infidel and phrases like that fill their head, their discussions, and their teachings.
In another instance of the obvious encroachment of Shariah Law in America, this past August a pastor from Kansas was recently arrested. He happened to be standing outside a mosque handing out packets of information to passers-by. The Muslims in the mosque did not like this, so they called the police. We can be thankful that they did not pick up stones. When the police arrived, according to Pastor Mark Holick, he was arrested though the arresting officer said absolutely nothing to him. Holick asked him three separate times why he was being arrested and he received absolutely no response.
Obviously, in this case, if it goes to court, it will probably be thrown out because if the police officer did not tell Holick WHY he was being arrested or did not inform Holick of his rights, there was a tremendous breach of protocol, not to mention, the complete setting aside of the U.S. Constitution. This does not seem to matter.
Apparently, Holick is known to the authorities because he had previously been arrested for witnessing to people outside a Gay event. He was on the sidewalk and simply handing out flyers and talking with people who wanted to listen. For that, he was arrested and went on trial. He was acquitted since he was on a public sidewalk.
The reality is that for those in authority, who are pulling the strings deeply covered by the shadows here in America and throughout the world, they want a number of things to happen globally:
- They want to eliminate the 2nd Amendment. They do not want people to have guns or ammo. A citizenry that is unarmed is a citizenry that can be dictated to and controlled.
- They do not want Christians to be able to practice their religious freedoms in public. This has been happening in Great Britain for some time, and now it is occurring in America. Somewhere, someone or a group of someones are calling the shots and they want to eradicate Christianity. On many fronts, Christianity is being curtailed while Islam and other groups are given nearly free reign to do what they want to do.
A few weeks ago, I talked about the Christian’s right to protect self and family against criminal behavior. Unfortunately, this does not extend to persecution. Pastor Holick was arrested and he maintained his Christian testimony by:
- not becoming angry
- not resisting arrest
- attempting to determine why he was being arrested
Had Holick fought the police by resisting arrest, or done things that would have called his Christian testimony into question, he would have lost the battle right then and there. Pastor Holick did not do that. Just as Paul, Peter, Barnabas, and of course Jesus obeyed the authorities, though they were in the wrong, we are to do the same thing IF we are being persecuted for being a Christian.
Sadly, we will be seeing more and more of these episodes where the rights of Christians will be trampled and those who are Muslims will be upheld. It is unconscionable, yet that is the way the world is going. How do we as Christians prepare for something like that?
Well, hopefully, you attend church, you fellowship with other Christians. Just as importantly, if not more so, are you in His Word daily? Do you speak to Him regularly? I realize that it might be difficult in today’s world to find time every day to read His Word, but we should do our best to find time.
When my wife jogs, she brings Scripture verses with her to memorize and meditate on as she jogs. There are many ways to fit the reading of the Bible into your daily life.
Prayer is one of the best ways to become fine-tuned. I’m not talking about the type of prayer that is simply our wish list to God. God, please give me a better house, a better car, a winning lottery ticket. There might be times when we will honestly need a better car because the one we have now is dying, but that’s different than simply wishing for a newest Cadillac.
As we learn about God by reading His Word, we can pray far more effectively. We will find ourselves praying more and more, just simply going through our days talking WITH God. Because we are conversing with Him more, our mind becomes attuned to those things that are not really attached to this world and we will see real value in life, not in things.
If or when the day comes when we will be arrested because we are witnessing to people, if we have been reading His Word, if we have been spending regular time in prayer, we will be that much more prepared to endure the situation in front of us. It will become that much easier to trust God because of the turn of events that lay before us.
There are 52 countries throughout the world right now where owning a Bible is against the law. In these 52 countries, the Bible is virtually outlawed. To be found with a Bible in your possession will mean at the very least, imprisonment and at the very most, death.
Here in America, millions of people own Bibles…and they never read them. They never pray unless they need something, and they are not interested in finding out about God by reading the Bible. That is tragic but it is the age in which we live. I believe this age is coming to a close. One day, it is not unreasonable to believe that owning a Bible in America will be outlawed. At that point, you will very likely wish you had read it more, memorized it more, and studied it more.
In fact, if you have had a chance to listen to any of my messages on AM950 KAHI (or http://www.kahi.com for those outside the listening area), you know what I am talking about because I have discussed aspects of the volatile political situation that currently exists in the world now.
I would encourage you to listen to these shows and they are also available on live365.com as well as archived on my own Web site: http://studygrowknow.com
I am planning on beginning a study on the book of Revelation, which will actually cover the various chapters in my upcoming book on this topic called End of the Ages. I hope you will join me!
