Where is CAIR in Oregon? Where is Imam Rauf?

You know, it would be funny if it was not sad when groups like CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations), or people like Imam Rauf (Ground Zero mosque) say essentially nothing when another Islamic terrorist is thwarted from carrying out their murderous exploits in the name of Allah.
We hear from Muslims that Islam is a religion of peace, yet that is not what we see. Oklahoma recently passed a law that forbids the use of Shariah Law in Oklahoma courtrooms. CAIR immediately sued because they said it stigmatized their religion. As I have pointed out previously, the attempted use of weapons of mass destruction in Portland yesterday by an extremist Muslim is what stigmatizes Islam.
Yet, even though this individual who attempted to kill hundreds of innocent people in Portland, is a Muslim, where are the condemnatory cries from members of CAIR? Why is Imam Rauf silent on the issue? The problem of course is that both CAIR and Rauf are busy working to overthrow this country from within.
If CAIR and/or Rauf came out and condemned the actions of the young man recently arrested in Portland and every other extremist Muslim and they condemned these actions every time, they would be far more believable. However, this is something that they cannot do and remain alive. If they come out and condemn those who choose suicidal ways or mass destructive ways of eliminating people in this or any other nation, they themselves will become the target of extremist Muslims. They know this and so they avoid their own deaths by refusing to condemn fellow Muslims publicly.
This says a great deal about alleged moderate Muslims. If they are refusing to condemn some within Islam for the methods they have chosen to win a war for Allah, that tells us that the extremists are feared even by moderate Muslims. These moderate Muslims are unwilling to stand against extremists because they know that these extremists have no qualms about taking anyone’s life who stands opposed to Islam. Even moderate Muslims are seen to be against Islam if they condemn the actions of extremists.
By refusing to condemn they, they are admitting that the problem of extremist Muslims is far larger than they are willing to acknowledge. After all, if the problem consisted only of a few Muslims who have gone off the edge, it would be relatively easy to corral and deal with them. The problem though is far more reaching than even moderate Muslims are willing to admit.
In fact, the media – yes, that liberal media we have come to know and love – will not condemn the actions of extremists. They will simply report on it and by doing so, increase the awareness of just how radical these individuals are who live among us. As the aforementioned blog about Rachel Maddow shows, this same liberal media has no difficulty at all condemning Christians.
The truth of the matter is that many moderate Muslims do not have a problem with extremists because they are doing something to advance Islam. It’s similar to feeling secure as a racist among a group of racists. If a few of those racists are over the top with violence, you know that you are safe because you are “one of them.” Stand in their way though, and you become marked for death because you will then be seen as a traitor to the cause.
Whether it’s CAIR, Imam Rauf, ACORN, or some other group, you will not hear them collectively or even individually come out against jihadists in specific terms. To do so means to invite the wrath of jihadists, and could mean certain death. So they remain silent believing that they are fighting the war against the Great Satan (United States) one way, while their extremists brothers fight it their way. They do not condone it, but neither will they condemn it.
Because of the situation, it is difficult to trust Muslims. I personally know a number of Muslims and because I have known them for a while, it has become much easier to appreciate them as people who simply want to worship in the freedom that the United States offers. However, it is becoming far more difficult to trust right off the bat for fear that they could simply be playing a game until a time when they bring their plan of destruction to the fore. The Qur’an and Hadith both teach that it is permissible to pretend one thing while under the thumb so to speak of some authority, whether it is a person or government.
Far from ever hearing CAIR or Rauf condemn the actions of jihadists the world over, I frankly believe that they secretly let out their own praise to Allah whenever an extremists sets off a bomb that destroys the lives of innocent people. Instead of condemning and working with the people of the United States, Imam Rauf is more intent to make sure we understand that the United States bears responsibility for the actions of al Queda and others. Instead of a willingness to show empathy for the thousands of individuals killed in the WTC situation of 9/11, Rauf prefers to demand that a mosque be built in the shadow of Ground Zero. It does not matter that this is an affront to over 70% of the population or not. Somehow, in Rauf’s twisted way of thinking, building this mosque will begin the healing process. Actually, far from healing anything, it will simply ensure that the world sees Islam for what it is – a political, religious, and military system built on hatred and violence.
Both CAIR and Rauf are wolves in very thin disguises. They want nothing more than the promotion of Islam in order that it becomes the dominant religion in America. In Islamic countries, other religions are not only not included, but eradicated. This is the agenda that Islam has for the United States. There is nothing peaceful about this agenda.
The next time a Muslim tells you that Islam is a religion of peace, ask him/her to prove it to you. Ask them to show you what Islam has done to engender peace. You will likely be met with silence.
