Foreign Law Bill Angers Muslims

Imagine if I went to live in Japan and once there, insisted that the laws that govern their nation should not apply to me, because I’m a Christian. How do you think that would go over with Japanese officials?
Imagine if I went to a land where Sharia Law was the rule of law and once there, I told the authorities that their laws should not be applied to me because I am a Christian. Furthermore, those same officials need to allow me to build a Christian church and they need to allow me time to pray publicly in their restaurants and elsewhere because that is what I do in the United States.
What do you think would happen? In Japan, I would either be ignored, laughed at or both. In a country governed by Sharia Law, it would be much, much worse. I would be threatened and probably beaten. That would be the beginning.
In countries where Sharia Law is the rule of law, Muslims destroy churches and kill Christians. People who try to leave Islam are hunted down and killed. People who break laws are not treated with impunity. They are swiftly dealt with using some of the most heinous means available.
People who are found guilty of committing adultery are stoned to death – yes, that is happening in 2011. Women who are raped must be able to support their claim with four eye-witnesses and those eye-witnesses must be men. Let me ask you how many men who stand around watching a women be raped are going to admit to it later?
In the Netherlands, they have determined that all of the rapes that have taken place over the last year were perpetrated by Muslims on non-Muslim women. These Muslim perverts believe that these women “deserve” what they got, or were “asking” to be raped because of the way they dressed.
In short, there is no mercy under Sharia Law, none whatsoever. Guilt or innocence (what’s that?) is determined by a council of elders who make their decision based on “evidence.” If guilt is determined, sentencing is quick and carrying out of that sentencing is even quicker.
Currently, in the United States, there are efforts underway to protect the United States Constitution, so that people who come to this country and commit crimes while here will face judgment under that Constitution.
Some argue that this is a veiled threat against Islam. No, it’s not veiled at all. It is trying to head off the problem that would arise if laws like this were not in place.
The idea that foreigner come to this country to live is one thing. The idea that they believe they are exempt from the laws that govern our nation is another thing altogether. One could argue that those Muslims who do not want to be judged under the existing laws of the U.S. should either stay out of this country, or refrain from breaking any laws.
One could also argue that if we do not protect the U.S. Constitution and allow foreigners to live life under their own set of rules, then we not only eventually have chaos, but Islam has one a victory because though Muslims live here, they are really not part of American society. Moreover, this victory allows them to chip away at the fabric of America, causing them to gain the upper hand without ever firing a shot or setting off a bomb.
We know that there are two types of radical Muslims. There are those who choose to physically attack people who are outside of the Islamic faith. They kill, they maim, and they destroy all in the name of their god, Allah, who is none other than Satan of the Judeo-Christian Bible. That’s one group of radical Muslims who use murder as their chief means of intimidation.
The second group of radical Muslims are the ones who attempt to take over or destroy a nation from within. They do this by alleging themselves to be law-abiding citizens, but they wind up using any loopholes they find in the law for their own purposes. Their purposes are to conquer and destroy.
The third group of Muslims are considered to be peaceful. Unfortunately, it is becoming much more difficult to tell who is and who is not truly peaceful because radical Muslims are giving all Muslims a bad name. It is getting to the point because of what has taken place in the UK, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Belgium, Australia, and many other places that people have simply grown to distrust all Muslims. That is tragic, but certainly under the circumstances, understandable.
When the Qur’an teaches that it is fine to lie to your enemies and even make them think that you are on their side until such a time as you have authority over them when you can turn the tables on them, it really makes it very hard to discern who is peaceful and who is not.
The problem is that if Muslims were truly interested in becoming part of the fabric of the United States, or any nation, for that matter, they would understand and agree that U.S. laws are in place for all citizens and legitimate guests (even illegal aliens). The fact that Muslims are now complaining about the fact that lawmakers are doing what they can to shore up the law so that the U.S. Constitution is the only rule of law throughout this land, simply shows that these Muslims are duplicitous. If they really intended to obey the laws of this nation, they would find no problem with what our lawmakers are attempting to do.
They should understand that while they have the freedom to worship here in America that other countries governed by Sharia Law do not extend to non-Muslims like Christians, they do not have the ability and should not have that ability to govern their own under a separate system of law. That much should make sense and of course, it does.
The Muslims who are opposed to lawmakers trying to keep the U.S. Constitution as the only rule of law, show their true intentions. They have no right to come to this or any other country and insist that they be treated special. They have no right to insist that since they are Muslims, then Islamic law governs them.
Most of the laws of this land were promulgated on the Ten Commandments and other laws found within the Old Testament. We all recognize that due to liberal, leftheaded influences, God has been all but stripped from the U.S. legal system.
Though I disagree with it, it was done legally. Because it was done legally, the only recourse I have is to try to overturn those laws or live with them. I do not have the right to kill people or maim, or violently demonstrate because as a Christian, I’m not getting my way.
In Murphreesboro, TN, a pastor was passing out flyers on the public sidewalk outside of the large mosque there. The flyers were Christian in nature and the leaders of the mosque called the police and the pastor was arrested. Bear in mind, he was not on mosque property and is currently seeking to overturn his arrest in court. In fact, he did nothing wrong. He was not inciting people against Muslims. He was not on their property, but was in fact, on city public property.
We are giving away far too much to Muslims in this country, people who have absolutely no respect for the laws of this land. Radical Muslims hate America, yet come here because it offers them a better life. While here, they learn how to quickly ingratiate themselves with the leaders of a community while pushing their pro-Sharia agenda. It’s all smiles and handshakes now, but as soon as radical Muslims believe they have the upper hand, their smiles and handshakes will turn to show their true feelings towards America.
The United States Constitution needs to be protected. It cannot be set aside by individuals who believe that their laws are what they should live under in spite of the fact that they are no longer in their country. If Islamic laws were moral only, that would be one thing, but they extend to covering areas of what they consider to be criminal activity.
Do we want “Sharia-Only Zones” like they have in the UK where God knows what goes on, but the police refuse to go in there? Do we want to allow Muslims to live by Sharia in the U.S. where their norm is stoning people who commit adultery and chopping the hand off a thief, or cutting the tongue out of a liar? This is barbaric!
If I went to Iran and tried to live there, expecting the Iranian officials to recognize and allow me live my life under the laws of the U.S. Constitution, I would have to be insane. That would never happen.
Iran just sentenced two American hikers to eight years in prison for “spying.” There is an excellent probability that the individuals were NOT in Iranian territory but that the soldiers who arrested them came out of Iranian territory to do so. There was no line on the ground for goodness sakes. Had it been me, I think I would have bolted. Yeah, of course, they would have shot me, but that would have been better than facing the “justice” system in Iran as an American. Come to think of it, you have to wonder what these people were thinking that they even wandered that close to the Iranian border! Why would you want to hike that part of the world? What’s the draw?
Why is there a need to protect the Constitution so that it and only it is the rule of law in the land? Is it hogwash as one official claimed? Is it completely unnecessary?
Not according to the Center for Security Policy in Washington, DC. “A study by the Center for Security Policy in Washington, D.C., looked at 50 appellate cases from 23 states and found that Shariah law had been applied or formally recognized in court decisions.” [1] Apparently, there is something to be concerned about.
Those individuals who claim that these type of laws are unnecessary either do not know what is already going on, or they know it and are working for Muslims. Christopher Holton, vice president at the above center has stated, “There is no question — Shariah principles are finding their way into our courts for years now. It’s inherently discriminatory for women — most of these involved family law. When you get a ruling in a child custody case from Saudi Arabia, Iran, Pakistan or Egypt and it’s family law, it’s all Shariah.” [2]
It is becoming clear that there should be one set of laws that all U.S. courts look to when deciding all cases. Those laws should come from the U.S. Constitution and nothing else, certainly not Sharia Law.
If Muslims want to live under Sharia Law, there are plenty of countries in the world where Sharia Law is the rule of law and they are more than welcome to go there. They should not be welcomed to the United States, live here and work here while living under Sharia. Not only is that a conflict of interest, but it says that Sharia Law is more important and higher than the U.S. Constitution.
Look, if the U.S. courts ignore God and refuse to acknowledge things from a Christian perspective, then Sharia should not be given a place in our courts either. If Muslims don’t like it, they are free to leave. No one is forcing them to stay. Either play by U.S. rules or go home.
