I’m sure folks who love Mr. Obama will find fault with these facts.  That’s fine.  I just thought it noteworthy to place up.

I agree the economy is Obama’s kryptonite and his opponents would do well to utilise that issue against him. However, equally if the economy continues to improve, especially in light of the very latest job figures and Wall Street surge, it will be increasingly difficult to use that issue against him. That said, there is still plenty of time ahead, and no doubt if Europe implodes, bringing economic Armageddon (and well it could), then the fallout is likely impact the rest of the world, including pulling down America again and Obama’s presidency with it.

It’s interesting that the answer I wrote detailing and answering most of the ignorant statistics and how they compared to presidents from Reagan to Obama, was deleted or not posted. So it appears that the truth is irrelevant, that the facts listed are taken out of context, and you have a revisionist sense of history. As in the movie, “A Few Good Men,” ” You Can’t Handle the Truth.” open and free discussion is what makes the USA an awesomely amazing country. Jimmy Stewart (right) and Henry Fonda (left) were the best of friends and disagreed on many political fronts, but they were never afraid to talk and discuss. The blog here is titled “Study -Grow – Know.” I’ve enjoyed reading items that even if I disagreed and thought the ideas were childish, illogical, confused, or just blatant wrong, I respected the view because of the passion of the belief. Apparently, it goes one way, which is a sign. Thomas Jefferson was never afraid to learn from anyone. Not a perfect man, but a man of inspiration. His Virginia Statue on Religious Freedom should be required reading by all who want to discuss religion in the US. Since reality and facts meanittle here, just bigotry and half-truths mean more, even Jesus would be ashamed here. Maybe this is part of the devils work, who knows. Anyway , I’ll do you a favor since ignorance here is ripe, remove me from the email list. This blog does not stand for the best the USA has to offer.

It’s not that the “truth” is irrelevant. It’s more about “what is truth?”

You tend to repeat yourself, MJ. Besides, your arrogance is “ripe” throughout your post.

So your one post is not posted and you’re going to take your ball and leave?

I’m not obligated to post everything that someone says simply because they took the time to post their thoughts. If I don’t post their comments, it also does not mean that I am petrified of the truth or that they hit a nerve somehow.

Your arrogance (in thinking that your thoughts MUST be posted) is telling.

For every reason you provided, there are others that negate your position. It’s hilarious to watch and listen to conservatives and liberals “discuss.” They both see a field, but one sees it one way and the other sees it another way.

I don’t mind posting your comments, MJ, most of which I thoroughly disagree with, however, MY post the other day was a very brief blurb.

I could take the time to go back and show where I believe you are wrong, but to what end? Then you would post something in return and I would feel that I needed to respond to it because if I don’t, it might appear as though I have nothing to say.

The reality is that there are a ton of things Mr. Obama has done and continues to do wrong, some of which are just now coming to light.

I firmly believe that Mr. Obama has done more damage to this country financially than Bush. I’m not really a fan of Bush either, but Mr. Obama has done NOTHING to fulfill his campaign promises and he has shown no foresight in bringing down the debt. On the contrary, he has more than tripled it.

With respect to welfare – do we really need to get into that? It doesn’t matter that Bush made it easier for people to get on welfare. What matters NOW (because we are living in the NOW), is that Mr. Obama has done nothing to CURTAIL that growth. Obama had no problem turning back the clock on some of Bush’s policies, but if anything, he has helped more and more people join the ranks of welfare by doing nothing to stop it.

Mr. Obama has also done nothing to help with the mortgage situation. He’s more concerned about nutrition and other things.

Now, we could spend a good deal of time going round and round in circles, but I’m just not interested.

You should really try to present yourself in a more humble way, MJ. Instead of quoting Jack Nicholson as if you are the arbiter of truth, recognize that you may…just maybe…be incorrect, your advanced degrees notwithstanding.

I have three advanced degrees, MJ. So what? Who cares?

Jesus would be ashamed here? I’m glad you know His thoughts, MJ, especially for someone who is not a Christian.

I think you would be far suited to a website that worships the words you speak, for that is obviously what you want (no arrogance there, is there?).

As far as “unplugging” you from my site, I believe you have to do that since you are the one who signed up in the first place. Simply unsubscribe.
