This idea that God needed to have a cow with a “7” on its forehead born into the world so that individuals like Jim Bakker, Jonathan Cahn, and others can have a field day “interpreting” the “signs” for us is patently absurd! God’s Word speaks for itself and all that is required is study, prayer, and a relationship with the Author.

n both cases – the passage from Revelation and the one from Mark, Jesus notes that the people of the house (of Israel) do not know when the master will return and because of that, they should stay awake and prepared. There are many today – mostly in the Preterists and Reformed/Covenant camps who believe that Jesus already returned spiritually in AD 70 when God judged the nation of Israel by causing Roman armies to destroy Jerusalem and the Temple. The problem with this interpretation is that it is simply not Scriptural. Jesus said when He returns, every eye would see Him (Matthew 24), and in Acts 1, the disciples are told (after Jesus is taken up to the clouds physically) that this Jesus would return the very same way, meaning in the clouds and physically.

Baphomet Statue Under Construction for Oklahoma State House
America is a country that is being profoundly attacked from within. The fact that there is a very good possibility that a statue of Baphomet is being constructed and may very well be placed in front of the Oklahoma State House is not only perplexing, but grieving. There is no excuse for it and the only reason that can be offered is that America has sunk to this point through a constant posture of pushing God away.

Too Many False Messiahs Here Now? Just Wait…
All of these “messiahs” have one thing in common, besides the fact that they are living lies. They trap people through emotional bondage. Emotions can be extremely powerful and if allowed, will carry us away to destruction all based on “if it feels good, how can it be wrong?” Feelings should never, ever be the engine that drives the train or vehicle. Critical thinking, knowing Scriptures and by them, knowing God is what is to guide us in this live.

Antichrist makes the covenant because of his ulterior motives. Halfway through the Tribulation period, he will completely defile the Jewish Temple (as Antiochus did in 168 BC; cf. Matthew 24), making it completely unsuitable for worship (as was the case following Antiochus’ defilement). Antichrist will do what Paul tells his Thessalonian readers (2 Thessalonians 2:3-4), “the man of lawlessness…who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God.”

If the brokering of a covenant between Israel and the surrounding Arab nations is the event that starts the Tribulation, we need to discuss what happens during the Tribulation and fortunately for us, the Bible has it outlined for us neatly. The mortar board is there to give the illusion that President Obama is an intellectual, someone who is smart enough to take this country out of its economic depression. We know this is only an illusion that President Obama is far different from George W. Bush because at one point, Obama looks directly at the audience and gives a huge wink with a smile.

Again, what is the reason God sends the deluding influence? It is because they have absolutely no love for the truth. They prefer to believe lies. It’s ironic that people who claim to be left of center do the same thing. They prefer to believe their lies. Yet, in all biblical imagery, those on the left are the losers, not the victors. In the occult, the phrase “the left-hand path” is used to describe those who follow after Lucifer and to them this is the preferred path because by it they believe they will gain eternal life through esoteric knowledge (gnosis). Whether it’s a leftist politically or within the realm of religion, clearly, being a leftist is not the correct side. They are even referred to as “goats” by Jesus Himself.
