Axis of Evil Iran Deal (Framework) Reached
I predict that in no way will Iran not cheat. Iran’s leaders will do whatever it takes to continue to enrich uranium until they have nuclear capabilities. Getting rid of their “low-enriched” uranium actually means nothing since it’s not good enough to use in a nuclear bomb. Supposedly all of this is so that Iran will have fully enriched uranium for use as energy resources. Do you believe that? If so, then you probably also believe when Ahmadinejad stated at a university in America (where he was invited to speak) that there are no homosexuals in Iran. Even though the audience laughed at that remark, what Ahmadinejad stated was essentially true. When the Iranian government learns of homosexuals, they are normally executed. Once executed, they don’t exist any longer.
Iran Moves Troops to Israeli Border to Quash Rebel Groups?
Now, Iran is moving in closer to the Syrian/Israeli border to fight against rebel groups. Which rebel groups? Who knows? We do need to remember that this is the same Iran that has been working toward having the nuclear bomb. It is the same Iran that has shown no favoritism (or even a willingness to put up with Israel’s presence) toward Israel. This is why Israel has been considering bombing missions to destroy Iran’s nuclear capabilities and it is why – as we stated previously – that Saudi Arabia is willing to allow Israeli jets to fly through a narrow corridor of airspace to reach Iran quicker. Saudi Arabia is not doing this out of the kindness of their hearts. They are doing it because they want Israel to “enjoy” the blame if they do take out Iran’s nuclear capabilities. Since Saudi Arabia will not necessarily be joining Israel’s efforts personally with fighter jets (but is merely allowing Israel to pass through), then clearly, as far as the UN is concerned, Saudi Arabia would not be considered the aggressor. That’s a bit like one burglar unlocking the front door of a house for another burglar, but not joining in with the burglary. It’s a bit disingenuous but that’s the way the world plays politics.
Hold Everything! A Gap Exists Between Zechariah 9:9-10
But think of Zechariah and everyone who came after the prophet and read his scroll. To them, they saw NO GAP OF TIME. They never saw that the Messiah would come the first time and then come back again, the second time. To those people, Messiah would come and immediately set things right. He would set up His rule and rein in power, dominion, peace, and humility, carrying salvation on His shoulders.
Meaning of “Day of the Lord” Part 3
It is also important to note that “The partial deliverance at Babylon’s downfall prefigures the final, complete deliverance of Israel, literal and spiritual, at the downfall of the mystical Babylon (Revelation 18:1-19:21′).” I think we can all agree that even though the Jewish captives were freed from Babylon after the appointed 70 years noted by Jeremiah, the reality is that the kingdom of Babylon simply began the “times of the Gentiles” (Daniel 2), in which Gentiles would maintain control over Jerusalem and the Temple Mount. This disposition continues to this day.
Though They Claim to Support Israel, Netanyahu Speech Leaves Dems Angry
Israel will stand. The truth of the matter though is that Israel has never been alone. While Jews who reject Jesus as Messiah go into eternity without the salvation that Jesus provides, God stands with the nation of Israel. It is His land. The Jews – as a group and culture – are His people. Will all of them be saved? No. There is no special dispensation that allows Jews to bypass Jesus and His salvation (something that is falsely taught by numerous pastors today). All have sinned (Jew and Gentile) and have fallen short of God’s glory (cf. Romans 3:23). All need Jesus (both Jew and Gentile).
Do You Love God and Does He or the World Actually See It?
But what does it mean when Deuteronomy 6:5 tells us that we are to love God with all of our heart, soul, and mind? How do we do that and how do we do it constantly? Compare it to our human relationships. Imagine trying to show your spouse how much you love her/him every moment of every day. You gear your life around that entire idea. Maybe to you, that sounds like fun and maybe to you, it even sounds fairly easy. I have to admit, I cannot do that. The thought of it takes the wind out of my sails, unfortunately.
Why is that? Because there is still plenty within me that wants to serve self and that is very frustrating at times. God says with every ounce of what makes us up as individuals, we should direct everything we have to God. By serving others, we are also proving to God that we love Him.
Dominion Theology, Reconstructionism, and America is Great Mantra
For all you folks who use the words “conservative” and “Christian” interchangeably, let me ask you one question: Where is your true citizenship? Are you an American first and Christian (or conservative) second, or are you a Christian first, conservative second, and American third?
America is not the new “Israel.” The promises given to Israel throughout Scripture do not now apply to the United States. I think it is high time that we Christians get back on track and understand where our loyalties should lie.
Cow Born with 7 on Forehead…What CAN It Mean?!
This idea that God needed to have a cow with a “7” on its forehead born into the world so that individuals like Jim Bakker, Jonathan Cahn, and others can have a field day “interpreting” the “signs” for us is patently absurd! God’s Word speaks for itself and all that is required is study, prayer, and a relationship with the Author.
Theological Problems for Those Who Fail to Grasp Scripture
Folks, as I have said numerous times. It does not matter to me WHEN the Rapture happens. In fact, I might die before it ever occurs. What concerns me is the salvation of those who walk through this life and who do not know Jesus. Our friend has a blog and it appears his entire motivation for that blog has nothing to do with witnessing or evangelizing the lost. His entire blog (as far as I can tell) is to discount the PreTrib Rapture. That’s it. That’s his apparent mission in life, which tells me that he is being disobedient to the Great Commission at the very least.
Time in Which We Live…is it the Tribulation?
Are we in the Tribulation? Not according to my understanding of the Bible, we’re not. If I understand rightly, things are going to get much worse for Israel and the world! Persecution of Christians will also rise. Count on it! But God, in His grace, mercy, and love for all of those who have faith in Him will not give us more than we can handle. He loves us. He cares deeply for us. He knows our weaknesses and our strengths.
