What exactly are the SBC leaders doing? What exactly is William McKissic doing? Are we to think that unless the SBC adopts a resolution condemning something as obviously sinful as white supremacy that our members and churches may be deceived into adopting it? I find even the hint of such a suggestion outrageous.
Darkened Thinking Leads Only to Complete Lack of Truth
The subject of “walk-ins” is interesting because it actually lets people off the hook. People are no longer responsible for anything if a “walk-in” has exchanged places with the spirit that was originally housed in their bodies. This is garbage. Even when a person is possessed by demons, the person still has a self-awareness. They are still there. They did not leave their body and move to another place. They were overpowered by demonic activity and those “strong men” now reside in that person with their spirit. Only God can deliver them from that.
Walk-Ins? Really?
The subjects of walk-ins is a deceptive concept. The belief among many within the New Age is that many of our current leaders are “walk-ins”; individual spirits so advanced and who have chosen this specific time to be in adult bodies, that people follow them willingly while ignoring all of the illicit things they do for selfish gain. These leaders are often charismatic (not in the sign gifts sense), and because of it, they tend to mesmerize people. A coming delusion sent by God Himself will ensure this (2 Thessalonians 2:11).
Identity Politics Officially Enters the Southern Baptist Convention
When groups like SBC start believing the lies of the Left, we have a serious break with truth. It’s been a long, slow, steady slide for the SBC, but it appears that they have finally jumped the biblical shark because they are now going after “ghosts” and “goblins” that the Left claims are racist. SBC has bought the lie. Let’s keep tabs on SBC to determine whether or not more people of color will be invited into the vaunted higher positions that mainly white men have held for decades. That would be the proof of SBC’s intentions.
Level of Hate and Animosity is Astounding
The level of corruption within humanity and society itself is appallingly real. I cannot imagine the horrors we would see if God ever pulled back the curtain. The web of lies, deceit, and unfettered evil would likely shock us to our core and take our breath away. This is the result of people who willingly give themselves over to the enemy of our souls so that he might do his bidding in and through them.
We live in a time where AntiFa (so-called Anti-Fascist), exists to terrorize conservatives and conservative values in the USA. They want America to become Marxist in ideology. This got a huge head start under Obama’s eight years and it is difficult to push back against it. This is the biggest reason why Trump is being attacked mercilessly and on a daily basis because he wants to bring the rule of law back to the United States.

Standing Still and Watching God Work is Difficult
That is a tall order for any God-fearing person, isn’t it? It is very difficult sometimes to stand still and do nothing else. But in this case, their standing still would be evidence of their complete faith and trust in God and His promised victory! Sometimes, standing still is the only thing we can do when we are not sure of God’s will. However, God revealed His will to the people through Jahaziel. God told them what He was going to do and because of what He was going to do, the people should simply stand and watch God work.
It’s Dangerous to be Conservative These Days
The Bible is clear about the problems we face in society today. It stems from the downward spiral created by people opposed to God and His truth (Romans 1). Paul warns us in several places in the New Testament that these last days will bring terrible times. We are seeing it and the Bible seems to indicate that things will get worse before they get better.
Most Difficult Part of Being a Christian
Being a Christian is hard work. It’s not an easy road. It’s only “easy” when we are in complete submission to God and because we continue to have a sin nature even after we’re saved, we war against it. Paul says we must work out our salvation with fear and trembling. It does require effort; effort in prayer, effort in choice, effort in desire. Sometimes, it will require us to fall on our knees, crying out to God begging Him to help us get “over” ourselves and trust Him.
When People Cannot Comprehend the Trinity
The subject of the Trinity is a difficult one for non-believers to appreciate. Dare I say it is a difficult one for believers to comprehend and I’m quite certain that due to our finite nature, we will never be able to fully appreciate the Trinity. God can certainly provide greater clarity as we study His Word on this and other subjects/doctrines, but to expect to understand fully how the doctrine/concept of the Trinity works is arrogant on our parts. Those who deliberately misunderstand it to think that Christians worship three gods are deliberately missing the point and failing to grasp even the most cursory understanding of the Trinity.
