Are Patriotism and Christianity Essentially the Same?
We cannot emphasize this enough. It is not about saving America because according to the Bible, an evil one is coming who will completely take over and rule the entire world. America might still be called “America” at that point, but it will most certainly not be the America that was founded by our founding fathers. When Jesus returns physically to this earth, do we actually believe He’s going to allow America to remain as America? In point of fact, He will set up His Millennial Kingdom over which He Himself will rule from His father David’s throne in Jerusalem. There will be nothing throughout the earth that He does not control. He will reign supreme for 1,000 years and nothing will deter His rule. There will not be a “president” of the United States and if is very possible that the U.S. won’t even exist at that point. Yet, patriots and Christians alike continue to spend endless hours fighting for a country while people die into eternity to the tune of 150,000 per day. Does this make any sense?

What Can We Expect or Hope For Now that Election is Over?
Why did God speak (through prophets) so far ahead of events to prophesy that they were coming? For two reasons. First, God wanted everyone in Israel (and oftentimes the world itself), to know that what He said would come to pass would come to pass and He would use prophets to foretell these events way before the actual events themselves so that no one could claim to have seen it coming through situations of the times. Second, because it gave plenty of time for Israel to repent, turn around, and begin seeking God’s face again.
Election Day and God’s Purposes Still Move Forward
The Bible says that “except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened” (Matthew 24:22). This doesn’t mean that the upcoming specific period of time is shortened so much that it means that it has a predefined specific amount of time to it when that time is up, He returns. If God simply let things go on and on, no one would survive. He would have nothing to come back to but thankfully, that will not happen. Nonetheless, this world is building consistently toward that period of upcoming darkness when relatively few will survive. However, eternity follows our very brief time here on this corrupt, dying, soon-to-be-destroyed earth, and that is what all Christians are to actually long for, look for, and understand.

How Long Will Your Church Survive Under a Clinton Presidency?
We are in the rapids and definitely moving swiftly toward the waterfall ahead. Things don’t look at all good from a human perspective, but we know it’s God’s perspective that counts. My wife and I voted today during early voting. It was interesting to see all the disabled individuals being brought in by friends or relatives, many of who seemed to have no clue where they were or what they were doing there. Never fear, because their handlers “helped” them with the voting. Aside from getting out to vote, these folks probably never receive that much attention at all. It was interesting to hear one of the handlers say to one of the voting officials, “He really wanted to do this himself,” referring to voting. I found that interesting considering he appeared to simply be staring off into space, slightly drooling. He wasn’t even coherent enough to follow her simple commands like, “Did you want to stand up or sit?” He just stared.
Ten Kings, the Antichrist, and the New World Order, Part 2
Don’t you love the consistency of Scripture and how it actually interprets itself? Revelation 17 refers to the ten kings and so does Daniel 7, written hundreds of years apart. Just as we learn in Revelation 17, these Tribulation kings arise out of the final stages of the fourth kingdom that refers back to Daniel 2 (and 7), when Nebuchadnezzar received a dream that God interpreted through Daniel.
Ten Kings, the Antichrist, and the New World Order, Part 1
Eventually, God allowed Satan to begin again to direct the affairs of men – however slight – toward a unified global system of governance, as he had blatantly tried in Genesis 11, in order that the Scriptures might be fulfilled. Remember, Satan is being allowed and even used by God Himself to bring a unified world to fruition. That is key. However, it must never be forgotten that Satan is fully limited by God Himself and under His control.
Social Network Politics Are Too Much
Discussing politics on any social network is counter-productive. I realized even after this upcoming election is over, the political arguments, articles, and character assassinations will not stop. The political fallout will continue on every social networks. If you’re a person that can easily ignore that stuff, more power to you. I can’t, so the best solution for me was to leave.
Saudi Arabia Uncovered
In schools in Saudi Arabia right now, young Muslim boys are taught that Christians should be punished to death with the hopes of eventually eliminating all Christians. Knowledge of these books and teachings have actually come to light and the Saudi family has stated that they are making changes. Yet, the documentary clearly shows that ultraconservative Wahhabism is being forced onto the population whether anyone likes it or not. If ISIS and the Saudis have their ultraconservative Islamic beliefs in common, then it stands to reason that the Saudis would not object to (and might even be inclined to help), ISIS marching through areas of the Middle East (or parts of Europe and America), doing what they can to instill fear, impose ultraconservative forms of Islam, and help overthrow factions and governments that are not ultraconservative Islamic in nature.
Politics, the Bible and You
This is not to suggest it doesn’t matter who we vote for or that their character doesn’t matter. It is saying that their personal ethics [are] not the first or sole criteria for determining the best candidate. As God is raising up and taking down leaders, we, as citizens of America, should use our best judgment to choose the candidate that will maintain law and order, seek the welfare of all people, and to promote good and restrain evil as God defines it. We do our best and allow love and grace to abound.

Synthetic Bacteria Causing Death
By the way, I’m not saying that something like “Cynthia” is what the Bible is talking about. It may well be that God simply pours out one plague after another supernaturally onto human society and the earth. I’m simply saying that at least some of the things created by science have unexpected effects that are similar to or even parallel the events described in Scripture. Because of that, it is not difficult to understand how these things referenced in the Bible could easily occur. Science may have been unwittingly providing the very things that God will use at the end of this age. It’s not far-fetched and those who have had a difficult time taking Scripture in its plain and obvious sense should see these things as quite possible.
