On Benghazi’s Hot Seat

The daily chatter regarding Benghazi is getting louder, especially now that some actual media sources have joined in and appear to be pushing others off to the side as if they were here all along. One anchor on CNN is now claiming that “the talking points were edited down from the CIA’s original draft to something that was totally untrue.” ABC noted that one word in particular that changed during the talking point revisions has a damaging effect for the White House. A panel discussion on MSNBC of talking point changes prompted pundits to note that the whole thing smacks of a potential impeachment issue.

Social Gospel, Pt. 2

Jesus approached ministry by often meeting the physical needs of people. But He always shared the gospel with them. He fed thousands. He healed the sick. He cared for people tangibly, but He always taught and preached. That is what Christians are called to do.

Benghazi…What is the Truth and Will It Come Out?

Please note that the information is said to be from a 4-Star Admiral by the name of James Lyons alleges some very interesting information that, if true, could be the downfall for the Obama administration. It may also prove once and for all that the media in America became the laptop of special interest groups some time ago.

The Social Gospel

But not long after Rauschenbush came to be deeply concerned for the poor he began writing extensively about ways to help them. One book he wrote in particular – “Christianizing the Social Order” – influenced protestant denominations throughout America. He eventually came to be known as “Father of the Social Gospel in America.”

Netflix, I am So Over You

I recently wrote an article for The Brenner Brief about how Netflix was playing politics by connecting Sarah Palin to the movie “Iron Sky.” My article is titled “Netflix Takes a Tweep Shot at Sarah Palin with #SarahPalinFilms.”

News and Views Tuesday May 1, 2013

In still more absurdity, a liberal, leftist, feminist blogger – Meg Lanker-Simons – apparently threatened herself with rape but tried to make it appear as though it was a Republican doing the threatening. Unfortunately, her stunt backfired and police have charged her with “misdemeanor interference with a police investigation.”

FOX31 Hidden Camera Crew On ARMSLIST

When the news media really wants to uncover something they believe is important, they have little problem putting their noses to the grindstone. They will even do what is questionable or illegal to get their story – imagine that.

Wherefore Art Thou Benghazi?

So what is the actual problem with Benghazi anyway? Clinton, in a show of angry desperation, yelled “What difference does it make?” in response to what she probably considers to be badgering when she testified before Congress. Is it really that important? So four Americans died. So what? Isn’t that simply part of the legitimate problem faced by Americans when they are in hostile areas? You can certainly think that if you’d like, but we need to remember that these murdered individuals were there on behalf of and representing America in official capacities.

Pigford is Not Just a Pig in a Poke!

I had not heard of “Pigford” until recently. I thought it was a slang term invented on the streets of Chicago or some other large city. Didn’t make any sense and I really wasn’t interested in finding out more about it. That is, until recently.
