Wuhan Virus Blues – the Bad and the Good

The BAD:
This to me, is absolutely unbelievable. The world is effectively shutting down over the perceived threat – FEAR really – of the Wuhan Virus that originated in a lab in Wuhan China. While the media tries their best to scare the soul out of people, while being focused on alleged xenophobia for daring to refer to this current virus by its origins, the world is steadily succumbing to the ginned up fear. It is maddening.

More and more events are being canceled. Schools are closing. Supermarkets and big box stores are running out of basics, but mainly toilet paper, in spite of the fact that we don’t know what effect the virus has on our bodily systems.

The Left is extremely happy that they have another “crisis” to not let go to waste. In fact, they are doing their level best to heighten fear among people of the United States, warning that this “pandemic” will “kill us all!” if we don’t act fast. These same people complain that President Trump has apparently not done enough, in spite of the fact that he appears to be on top of things. If you have not yet read Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals,” it’s way past time to do that!

Under President Obama, thousands of people died from diseases but the USA did not shut down. Things remained open. There were no incidences of panic buying and hoarding. The MSM did not once complain about Obama’s tardiness in adopting measures to curtail the spread of specific diseases during his administration. But of course, now that Donald J. Trump is the president, there’s nothing that he can do that the Left will say is correct.

But there are several things that are extremely important where the Wuhan Virus (CoronaVirus) is concerned. First, there is growing evidence that the virus was created in a lab in Wuhan. How did it get out? We’re not sure, but there are several possibilities. Second, people are beginning to see connections between the virus and a deliberate attempt to infect the globe. Is this difficult to believe? For people who refuse to accept the fact that there are some extremely evil people in this world, yes, it will be difficult to believe. But all we have to do is consider the fact that it appears that China has been shipping Fentanyl illegally into the United States via the Cartels and our porous southern border.

Fentanyl is a major killer and it takes very little of the drug to kill thousands. More Fentanyl was just found to have come into USA via the southern border and was on its way to big cities. Why? To kill people of course. The Fentanyl comes from China. This is the same China that created the Wuhan virus. It is the same China that is now trying to blame the USA for “infecting” their country with the virus and it is the same China that is now implying they will no longer send medical supplies to the USA. These are cold war tactics.

Folks, what’s going on here is HUGE. Why is this happening? Very likely because of the fact that President Trump is doing his best to put China in a box. For decades, China has been the biggest thief of intellectual property rights from other countries. They learn about new inventions, steal the patent information, then create the patented invention much more cheaply and sell it. What can other countries do against this theft? Not much because everyone has been too afraid to “upset” China.

So, could this Wuhan virus be a strike against those who wish to squash China’s power? I’m not sure how to take it any other way. All we need to do is compare stats for this current Wuhan virus vs the viruses and diseases that appeared previously under Obama or presidents before him to understand what is going on. It quickly becomes clear that under Obama and previous administrations to his, diseases existed but no one panicked like people are doing now. In fact, it is very clear that in a few cases, it took President Obama a long time to act. The MSM did not become unglued because of it. They purposefully gave Obama cover and allowed him to take all the time he needed to get things done.

With President Trump, nothing is ever good enough. He’s never working fast enough. He’s never doing the right thing. He’s never seeking what’s good for America. Apparently, Trump is a complete moron with no discernment at his disposal (sarcasm). Even though other voices are speaking out about the fact that the MSM is ginning up the fear, there is plenty of push-back from that same MSM as they seek to deny that they are doing anything of the sort.

So people, like Dr. Drew who has warned that the media (MSM) should be held accountable for creating the panic, are being lambasted and ostracized. This is shameful, yet it will continue because the Left is desperate to see the US economy suffer tragically. This, they think, will destroy President Trump’s chances of being re-elected.

Let’s face it, Russian Collusion didn’t work. Impeachment didn’t work. Nothing has worked against President Trump, but still the Left will not give up. They continue to push back against the Trump administration because they are absolutely desperate to get him out of office. Frankly, even after he is re-elected, I do not see the Left giving up. The only thing that will stop them is when they are literally stopped and that will only begin to happen if/when there are some high-profile arrests. Will that happen? I have no clue at all because it’s now going on four years and there’s still no sign of anyone being held accountable for illegally spying on a United States citizen and candidate for the highest office of the land.

So we continue to watch people act foolishly under the guise of “precaution” to ensure that this Wuhan virus is nipped in the bud. Consider it for a moment. The Left wants the US economy destroyed to ruin Trump’s chances of being re-elected. But are there any potential positive outcomes of this virus? Yes, there are several things that I can think of and maybe you are aware of others.

The Good:
First, one thing that has inadvertently come to the fore has to do with China being a major supply chain of the United States’ medical supplies. This includes prescription medication and other medical-related supplies. President Trump has just issued an executive order (EO), that will end the USA’s reliance on China as our supply chain for medical supplies. This is a must!

For too long, China has not only been the main thief of intellectual property rights, but has managed to take away thousands and thousands of jobs from the USA, importing those jobs into China where things are much cheaper and where quality control is a huge question mark.

Many, many products come from China including what we feed to our pets. Not that many years ago, pets in the USA were dying and it was learned that too many pet foods originating in China were found to have plastics in them. Our pets would eat that “food” only to have their kidneys or other organs shut down because of it. The absolute lack of quality control (or was it done purposefully?) is appalling.

So, if the USA cuts off China as our main supply chain for medical supplies, what does that mean? It should mean that we take back production of prescriptions and other medical supplies! Will these things rise in price? Possibly, but the quality control will be there. Could this decimate China’s economy? It could, but based on their track record, it’s about time that they were cut off. They treat their own citizens like garbage because of Communism. They harvest organs from live prisoner “donors” and other atrocities.

Second, our economy will bounce back! The attempts to destroy the American economy will fail. Too many experts are weighing in on this and noting that within a couple of months (or possibly a bit longer), we will be on the other side of this with people wondering what they’re going to do with the hundreds of rolls of toilet paper they stocked up on.

Third, because of this overreaction to the Wuhan virus, people are literally quarantining themselves, placing themselves voluntarily under house arrest. The NBA, March Madness, Disneyland, many school districts, and too many others to list here are shutting down. They want people to stay home. They want people to not congregate. What will this achieve? Well, obviously, it’s going to work in people’s favor because if people aren’t congregating, it makes it very difficult for the virus (or any other infectious disease) to spread from person to person. This will mean that the Wuhan virus will die its own death because it won’t have the “hosts” needed to grow. As the weather warms and things become more humid, the virus will not be able to survive. This will actually work against the designs of the Left, as they root for more deaths from this disease.

Remember, it all boils down to destroying the economy by any means necessary. This was also happening under Obama and since it was, the ginning up of fear was not necessary by the MSM since President Obama took his sweet time to get anything done when these diseases reared their ugly heads. In effect, he allowed the diseases to go unchecked for too long before he did anything, but you won’t hear the MSM tell you that. They’re too busy lying and fear-mongering.

So what do we do? First of all, don’t panic! It’s not the end of the world. It is merely the Left continuing their fight to bring down Donald J. Trump.

We go about our daily lives as normal. We are aware of the potential dangers where the Wuhan virus or any flu or virus is concerned, wash our hands accordingly, and refuse to give into fear. What I think is absolutely hilarious is that people think wearing a dust mask (or worse, wearing a paper towel held on by rubber bands over their nose/mouth) is going to keep someone from getting sick. It takes a special mask to do that, not a simply dust mask, but hey, go to the store and stockpile dust masks if that makes you feel better.

The people who are in danger of becoming ill with Wuhan virus are the aged and those with compromised immune systems. If you are in that category, then simply take extra precautions. Don’t shake hands with people. Try not to be around a lot of people. Don’t touch a grocery cart then touch your nose, eyes, or mouth. Use common sense as you go through your day.

Soon, we’ll be looking back on this and wonder why we all became so afraid. The reason we are now is because too many people are listening to the MSM, who truly are the enemy of America. Don’t succumb to the fear!
