Sexual Harrassment Dominates the Media Where Cain is Concerned

You know what’s interesting is that when the liberal media wants to take someone down, they go for the jugular.  They tried to do it with Clarence Thomas and now they’re trying to do it with Herman Cain.  Why?  Because both of these men are essentially conservative Blacks, as Al Sharpton would say, “not black enough.”

It doesn’t matter what Mr. Obama has done or has allegedly done.  It doesn’t matter that Eric Holder may be guilty as sin with respect to what he knew about “Fast and Furious” and when he knew it.

All that matters is that we can count on the liberal media to come to the aid of our socialist president who has done so many questionable things that it has become extremely difficult to keep track of them.  Through it all, Mr. Obama gets a pass as far as the liberal media is concerned.

But it never ceases to amaze me that when someone is getting close to unseating some liberal lefthead, all of a sudden, there are women in the past who were sexually harassed by a candidate!  That is hilarious because even if it WAS true, the infractions created by Mr. Obama have been FAR worse.

In fact, Bill Clinton was not even impeached for his Oval Office improprieties – embarrassed maybe, but not impeached.  Now however, the liberal left is trying to tell the world that IF Herman Cain was guilty of sexually harassing anyone, he is not fit to be the president, the same way they tried to tell us that Clarence Thomas was not fit to be a Supreme Court Justice.

The reality is that the left is racist to the extreme.  They do not like the fact that Herman Cain is a well-known, highly productive member of the business community who happens to be black and conservative to boot!  The double standard that exists today is unbelievable and it is political chicanery at its worst.

I’m not saying that IF Herman Cain is guilty of harassing someone sexually (and what does that mean?), there should be no consequences.  However, it is clear that IF this occurred, it occurred years ago and was apparently dealt with, but now the left wants to dredge it up in order to disqualify someone who has a chance of beating Mr. Obama in the next election.  This is such a joke it would be seriously laughable if it was not so tragic.

Janeane Garafolo can state that anyone who supports Cain is racist because Cain himself is “too white” according to Al Sharpton.  Those comments are fine because they are being stated by the left.  No one can criticize Mr. Obama’s policies (or lack thereof) because if they do, well they obviously are doing so from a racist perspective.  What a bunch of hooey.

The idea that the charge of racism can be used to extinguish discussion, critique, and even criticism is absurd, yet too many people give into it because they do not want to take the chance of being labeled racist.  Al Sharpton IS a racist.  So is Minister Farakhan.  So is Jesse Jackson and to date, none of those three musketeers have closed their mouths.  They instead continue to pander to the lowest common denominator in society – those who are unable to think for themselves – and the leftist media gives them the spotlight to do just that.

It is impossible to know the truth related to these rumors and innuendo.  I recall working at a school as a 6th grade teacher.  One particular female teacher was in the habit of charging everyone she could think of with sexual harassment.  No one was exempt unless they were friends of hers.  Both men and women suffered her wrath.  Initially, her accusations were given attention as they should have been, but finally, the district moved her to another school because it became difficult to believe that nearly everyone on campus was guilty of harassing her.  It was ludicrous.

If you read some of the sworn testimony of Anita Hill regarding the Clarence Thomas situation, it is so ridiculous some of the claims she made then.  Yet, she stands by them today.  The problem of course is in nearly EVERY sexual harassment suit or allegation, it boils down to a he said/she said situation.  Rarely, if ever, is there another witness involved so what can be done?

I’m sure more information will come out with respect to Herman Cain, because the liberal media will not let it die.  How do we know who is telling the truth though?  We know that in many respects, Cain is ahead of Obama in numerous polls.  Since this is the case, it seems too coincidental that these charges are appearing now, doesn’t it?

If Herman Cain was no threat to Mr. Obama, this would not even be news at all.  No one would care and the women Cain allegedly harassed would not be given the time of day.  That alone is proof that the liberal media has one agenda and one agenda only:  to eliminate all contenders to the presidential “throne.”  They want Mr. Obama in for another four-year term so he can finish what he started.

Isn’t it interesting?  If you are black and liberal, you’re free to do what you need to do.  Jesse Jackson can have a child with another woman while married and the press goes, “yawn” after reporting it.  Jackson can say that he wants to remove part of Mr. Obama’s anatomy and after a quick apology, the news media goes “yawn” again.  They did the same thing when he referred to New York City as “Hymietown.”  Jesse Jackson is black and liberal.  He’s good to go.

Al Sharpton can stick his foot in his big mouth every time he opens it and the media eggs him on.  No worries.  It’s just Big Al doing his schtick.

Let Clarence Thomas just try to be voted in as Supreme Court Justice and we’ll dig up everything we can on him with gusto!  We’ll find women everywhere who can vouch for Anita Hill’s credibility.  We’ll get a famous female lawyer to sit right next to her at Thomas’ confirmation hearings.  It doesn’t matter what kind of justice Thomas has been before this.  We’ll tear him apart.

But put a liberal in and no worries at all.  They’ll slide right through as in the case of Kagen who has virtually no judicial experience at all and is as liberal as Sotomayer and maybe even more.  No worries.  Confirm her because if we don’t, women’s groups will cry foul!

It’s all politics.  That’s what it’s all about.  I would be surprised to find many politicians who have not been bought with someone’s money and it’s a shame.  That reason and that alone is why someone like Herman Cain would not fit in well with the Washington DC.  He doesn’t need their money and he has worked hard all of his adult life to gain what he has gained.  He did not live on the public dolls as so many politicians have done since even before they went to college.

Washington does not take kindly to outsiders and Herman Cain is one.  He is a businessman, not a politician, but that is exactly what this country needs.  It is likely what this country will not get either, at least if the liberal press has its way.
