Herman Cain’s Alleged Sexual Harassment vs. Barack Obama’s Known Illegalities..

and which one do you think the liberal media is focusing on?  Yep, you do not hear about Eric Holder and “Fast and Furious” in the liberal media.  You don’t hear about all the times Mr. Obama has skirted the U.S. Constitution with his use of the “executive order.”

When the liberal lefthead media does choose to focus on something that involves the Obama Administration, they normally spend little to no time on anything that makes the president look bad and a good deal of time puffing him up.  Not so if you happen to be in the sad position of trying to unseat Mr. Obama in the next election.

I find it fascinating that so many libtarded people believe that FOX News is the one that lies, yet the liberal media constantly and consistently lies through their deliberate misrepresentation or omission of the truth.  Instead of spending the necessary time focusing on “Fast and Furious,” you rarely hear about it in the liberal media.  The only place you can read about it is on some independent news site or FOX News.

Instead of taking up serious issues such as the following list, the liberal media prefers to dutifully ignore them and focus on castigating the character of people who are running against Mr. Obama.  Look through this bulleted and decide for yourself where the attention should be:

  • First President to refuse to show a valid Birth Certificate.
  • First President to apply for college aid as a foreign student, then deny he was a foreigner
  • First President to have a social security number from a state he’s never lived in
  • First President to Preside over a Cut to the Credit Rating of the United States Government
  • First President to Violate the War Powers Act
  • First President to Orchestrate the Sale of Murder Weapons to Mexican Drug Cartels

  • First President to Spend a Trillion Dollars on ‘Shovel-Ready’ Jobs– and Later Admit There Was No Such Thing as Shovel-Ready Jobs
  • First President to Abrogate Bankruptcy Law to Turn Over Control of Companies to His Union Supporters
  • First President to Bypass Congress and Implement the DREAM Act Through Executive Fiat
  • First President to “Order a Secret Amnesty Program” that Stopped the Deportations of Illegal Immigrants Across the US, Including Those With Criminal Convictions
  • First President to Demand a Company Hand Over $20 Billion to One of His Political Appointees
  • First President to Terminate America’s Ability to Put a Man into Space
  • First President to Encourage Racial Discrimination and Intimidation at Polling Places
  • First President to Have a Law Signed By an ‘Auto-pen’ Without Being “Present”
  • First President to Arbitrarily Declare an Existing Law Unconstitutional and Refuse to Enforce It
  • First President to Threaten Insurance Companies if they Publicly Speak out on the Reasons for their Rate Increases
  • First President to Tell a Major Manufacturing Company In Which State They Are Allowed to Locate a Factory

  • First President to Fire an Inspector General of Ameri-corps for Catching One of His Friends in a Corruption Case
  • First President to Propose an Executive Order Demanding Companies Disclose Their Political Contributions to bid on Government Contracts
  • First President to appoint 45 ‘czars’ to replace elected officials in his office.
  • First President to Golf 73 separate Times in His First Two-and-a-Half Years in Office
  • First President to hide his medical, educational, and travel records
  • First President to win a Nobel Peace Prize for doing NOTHING to earn it
  • First President to coddle America’s enemies while alienating America’s allies
  • First President to publicly bow to Americas enemies while refusing to salute the US flag
  • First President to go on multiple Global apology tours.
  • First President to go on 17 ‘vacations’, including ‘date nights’ paid for by the taxpayer.

The above is an interesting list of items, none of which have been seriously dealt with in the liberal media.  Many are in fact, ignored to this day.

Yet, this same media has the time and inclination to go after anyone who dares to stand in the gap against Mr. Obama.  Why?  It is solely because of the people who OWN those media outlets.  If they cannot fight against individuals attempting to unseat Mr. Obama by using the race card, they will find and use whatever other means they have available and alleging Herman Cain’s sexual misconduct is one of them.

Frankly, I don’t know whether or not Cain is guilty of anything.  I haven’t researched it enough.  However, even though Bill Clinton was guilty of committing sex acts (or allowing them to be done for/on him), he was, in many ways, a decent president.  In many ways he was not.  The point is that no one in the political field today is perfect and no one can be expected to never “sin” (for the lack of the better word).  However, when it becomes absolutely clear that the liberal media picks and chooses what they will cover because they seem to have a sworn duty to protect the man that they helped elect, then something is seriously out of kilter in America.

The foxes have been in the chicken coop way too long.  They need to be ousted and it needs to happen quickly.  Unfortunately, I believe much of our government is so corrupt that there is an excellent chance that Mr. Obama will be re-elected due to the same type of chicanery that occurred with his first election, including the questionable practices of groups like ACORN who very well may have had a large hand in voter corruption.

The sad fact that this country faces is that it is run by individuals who fully believe they are above the law.  For them, making the laws as they go is what they’re about and when you own media outlets, it’s very easy to force the news to appear one way, when in fact, it is quite the opposite.

I am not worried about the next election because ultimately, I know that what will be, will be.  I’m also not worried because, as I’ve pointed out previously, this life is short and nothing here lasts at all.  My real citizenship is in heaven, completely off this world.  While Satan has control of a good deal of what happens here (permissible under God’s watchful eyes), ultimately all things move along in order to bring glory to God.  Of course, to many that sounds like one huge myth.  I couldn’t care less if it sounds like a myth or not.

I noted yesterday when I read some of the comments on the Backyard Skeptics’ page, many were pronouncement that God is a figment of the imagination, etc., that no god exists, and there is no supernatural being to help anyone.

I marvel at how these so-called skeptics have – with finality – determined that there is no God.  They have obviously proven it to themselves, yet would be the first to say when asked, that you cannot prove a negative.  Again, they have done so to their own satisfaction, allowing them to say with finality that “God does not exist.”  They have no proof of it and even a number of agnostics who visited their page and left comments pointed this sentiment out to them.

I think it is fascinating how we can look back through the portals of time to see what God has done.  For instance, in the book of Daniel, chapters 10-12, there is so much accurate history there that many “higher critics” have stated that at least that part of the book was written well after the events of those chapters occurred.  That means that the events surrounding the rise of Antiochus Epiphanes climaxing in 168B.C. must have occurred FIRST and then someone wrote the events down as if he wrote about them BEFORE they occurred.

The “higher critics” are so sure of themselves, yet there are too many difficulties in their assertions.  Probably the greatest one has to do with the fact that the book of Daniel was part of the Septuagint which was created at least 100 years BEFORE Antiochus lived.  Nonplussed, “‘higher critics” move onto something else in an effort to derail the credibility of the book of Daniel.

This is merely one example.  The Bible is nearly 2/3 prophecy and up to this point in time, roughly 1/2 of it has not been fulfilled…yet.  Since the half that has been fulfilled has been so literally, it is reasonable to assume that the rest will be filled literally as well.  This is merely one of the proofs of the Bible’s veracity that skeptics choose to ignore.  They would rather spend their time pointing out archaic verses of Scripture that had their place at one point in time and are no longer viable because of more current situations that eclipsed those.

This is exactly the way the liberal media works.  They choose to focus on the things that to them seem insurmountable, while all along deliberately avoiding those things which tend to show them for what they are and for disproving their own man-made arguments against something.

The liberal media will not stop, no more than the “higher critic” will stop.  As time marches on toward the next election, the ammunition that the liberal media will manage to dig up on Cain, Romney, and anyone else who even appears to have a chance to unseat Mr. Obama will clearly come to the fore.

There are obviously too many people in this nation who want it to cease as a Republic and become a Socialist or Marxist state.  The media dutifully plays along with it, making lies appear to be the truth.  Because the average person seems overwhelmed with knowing where to start in determining the truth, it is much easier to simply give up and accept what is presented.

People too often do this within Christendom as well.  I read a great article by Jack Kelly yesterday about the Rapture.  He noted that it is the absolute responsibility of EVERYONE individually to take what they are taught and either confirm it or not against Scripture.  Too many people are completely unwilling to do that, preferring to take what someone says and believe it as the truth.  This is why so many people were taken in by what Harold Camping predicted and are quite upset now.

In truth, they should be upset with Camping, but if they gave him money and simply bought the bill of goods he sold them, they should be equally upset with themselves because they are the ones who are responsible for what they believe.  They cannot blame that on Camping as wrong as he was and will be.  They are the responsible party for their own set of beliefs.

In today’s world, the media often sets the tone and just as often, people are willing to accept at face value what is presented to them.  Even if Cain is guilty of some type of sexual harassment (which I question), the real purpose in reporting this is to take the attention OFF Mr. Obama and ONTO one of his opposition.  That’s the reason.

As I’ve shown by the list included in this article, there are plenty of things that are questionable at the very least relative to Mr. Obama that the media could be focusing on.  However, when one bureau opts to do just that, the rest of the media includes that bureau in their attack.

We have seen some of the so-called celebrities who have come out and labeled those of us who refuse to support Mr. Obama as racist.  It happens almost every week.  However, we have also begun seeing people like Matt Damon, Gene Simmons, and a number of other ultra-liberal celebs voicing their frustration with Mr. Obama.  Why aren’t they called racist?  Is it because they are liberal and only liberals can really criticize Mr. Obama?

I have not read a case in which Damon, Simmons, or others like them have been called racist for their serious concerns regarding Mr. Obama’s complete lack of leadership.  Where’s Al Sharpton, Ed Schultz, Chris Matthews, Joyce Behar, and a few other paragons of morality in this situation?  They have nothing to say because in their hearts, they obviously know that they have a point and a good one at that.

Just yesterday, I read that Rob Lowe really gets excited about the GOP nomination process.  He enjoys all of it and to him, it’s interesting to hear what the candidates say and what they believe they will be able to accomplish.

The political process would be far greater if the news media would simply STOP taking sides and pretending they aren’t.  The news bureaus are supposed to report on the news.  They are not supposed to create your opinion for you.  This is unfortunately what the news have become  and no one seems bothered by it.

I was under the distinct impression during Mr. Obama’s first election campaign that it was the media that got him nominated and into the White House.  My opinion has not changed.  They did this by what they chose to pump up (“Change is coming!”) and what they chose to ignore (many of the items on the list above).  They are poised to do it again and even Michelle Obama has stated that the media has been very fair to them.  It’s not so much that the media has been fair – they haven’t been fair at all.  It’s that they were and are complicit in directing an election to their desired ends.  That’s how Mr. Obama got elected in the first place and if by chance, he is re-elected in 2012, it will be due to the shenanigans of the same media.  Bet on it.
