Two-Tiered Justice System in the UK? Islam and Others…

You know, with everything that is happening in the world right now, it is really odd when we stop to consider how often Islam is catered to in places like Great Britain.  Obviously, there is a good amount of spiritual blindness at work and it would seem that Satan is placing a lot of his eggs in one basket by puffing up Islam throughout the world.  Normal people seem completely oblivious to the dangers of Islam and the fact that it constantly receives a pass.

Case in point.  A young woman in the UK was attacked in the street by three Muslim women.  Besides assaulting her, at least one of the Muslim women could be heard yelling “Kill the white slag!” as they continued to pummel her.

The woman was attacked “as she walked to a taxi rank with her boyfriend after a night out.” [1]  Not only was she beaten, but she wound up with a bald spot on her head after a chunk of hair was pulled out.

From all accounts, this was a racially motivated hate-crime with the Muslims referring to the young woman with various expletives.  In the video it seems apparent that these young Muslim women set upon the victim without warning.  The victim’s boyfriend did his best to try to protect his girlfriend, fending off the three attackers, but they kept coming back for more.

Aside from the fact that this tragic event occurred at all, what made it worse was the judgment handed down.  In England, there is a mandatory 5-year prison sentence for this kind of crime, yet the judge decided that he would simply suspend the girls’ sentence because they said that as Muslims, they were not used to the effects of alcohol because their religion does not allow it.

The girls received community service punishment but that’s it.  So in effect, these Muslims SINNED by consuming alcohol.  THEN, they beat the crap out of a white woman yelling racial epithets at her the entire time.  THEN, they claimed that they were out of their element because of the alcohol and the judge caved into them.

However, it is also interesting to note how many WHITE people in England are actually being sent to jail for simply yelling at a mosque.  This is a racially motivated crime in the UK, punishable by jail time.  One individual received nine months for yelling at a mosque.  Yet, it appears that Muslims can pretty much do what they want in the UK and they are given a “get out of jail free” card in many cases.

The victim in this case lost her job because of stress-related problems and absences from work.  She was a child-care worker, working with autistic children.

If one looks carefully at the video (link below), it seems clear enough that it was a completely unprovoked attack.  It is also interesting to note that when the police DID arrive, the Muslim women seemed to want to get the police’s attention to tell their story (likely forgetting that video cameras are always on in the UK).

This kind of two-tiered system of “justice” in the UK is frightening if for no other reason than people – in this case Muslims – are getting away with terrible crimes.  What if the victim had died?  What punishment might the three Muslim women have received then?

As I watched the video, my blood began to boil.  I would have become like the Tasmanian Devil if my wife and I found ourselves in this situation!  I would have done everything I could to prevent and curtail the attack and that would mean that three young Muslims would have been found face down on the sidewalk when the police arrived.

On another note, somewhat related, justice seems to be different in Sweden where three Muslim men have been charged with plotting to murder a cartoonist for depicting Muhammad as a dog.  Like the three Muslim women above, these were three Muslim men of Somali origin.

According to the article, “charges [were] filed Tuesday, [because] the men planned to stab to death artist Lars Vilks, who has faced numerous death threats over his drawing of Muhammad in 2007.” [2]

I will say it again.  Is Allah not able to defend himself or his so-called prophet Muhammad?  As a Christian, I have long grown tired of hearing my Lord’s Name used in vain.  I am tired of people ridiculing Jesus in movies and cartoons.  I am pretty tired of all of it.  At the same time, I have never even thought about harming someone because of the fact that the Name of Jesus Christ is used as an epithet on a regular basis.  It would simply be wrong.

However, within Islam, it is not only permissible to try to harm someone who treats Muhammad with disdain, but apparently it is also encouraged.  These three Muslim men likely feel as though they have honored the memory of Muhammad because of the “respect” they show him, even if that means that they are willing to kill some infidel to prove it.

Almost every day, I face criticism from Muslims who believe that what I share here is a form of “hate-mongering.”  Yet, I never hear so-called moderates condemn these kinds of crimes or attempted crimes.  Where are the moderate voices crying out for justice for the victims?  Where are the so-called peaceful Muslims decrying the type of heinous crimes that are often associated with radical Islam?

I don’t agree with people who think it’s okay to create a bobble-head of “Buddy Christ” for your dashboard, which is always advertised as a “gag gift.”  I don’t agree with the commercialization of Christmas and we make every effort to ensure that the main reason we celebrate it is because of Jesus Christ, not because of Macy’s, Sears, JC Penny, or some other corporate store.

I don’t agree that Jesus is often placed in situations He would never find Himself.  Yet in spite of all the things I disagree with about how Jesus is pictured in various forms of media, the reality is that coming against someone violently because of it serves no purpose.  More than that, it creates additional sin; sin that the perpetrator is now involved in and if that individual is stating that he/she is a Christian, it makes it worse.

When we study the life of Muhammad – do it quickly before all the history books redact his entire life, rewriting it to make Muslims happy – we find an individual who lived by the sword.  There are many examples of how Muhammad – the so-called prophet of peace – destroyed multitudes of lives for a variety of reasons.  He attacked the citizens of Mecca when they were NOT attacking him.  He did not merely fight in defense of himself or his family.  He went on the attack on many occasions.

Muhammad was really a prophet of death because he brought about the deaths of so many people.  He slaughtered entire tribes of people because they would not accept him as “messiah.”  He killed others solely because of their ethnicity.

What did Jesus do?  Did Jesus even carry a sword? No.  Did He even defend Himself when attacked?  No.  Jesus was the perfect servant, seeking not His own will, but the Father’s.  His entire life was the epitome of Someone who was being persecuted for His faith.

On the other hand, Muhammad lived for  himself and now he has followers numbering into the millions who desire to live as he lived.  Many are doing just that and too many are getting away with it.

Something has to give or there will be war in the streets.  I can say that in America, if we start to see roving gangs of Muslims who decide that it is in their best interests to simply attack people because they are either non-Muslim or simply white, it will backfire on them.

In England, guns are not allowed.  People have to grab whatever is at hand to defend themselves and the bleeding heart liberals in the UK who have made it nearly impossible for the average person to adequately defend him/herself are to blame.  This will not happen in the United States because too many people are willing to stand up for themselves and meet force with force.

Being persecuted for one’s faith as a Christian is one thing.  In such a situation, I am not to use physical force.  However, when dealing with the criminal element, I have every right to defend myself or my family.  Too many Muslims wrongly believe that as a Christian, I won’t defend myself.  They are in for a shock if they ever decide that this non-Muslim, white man is worth attacking.

It is a tremendous shame that society has somehow gotten to a point where the evil of one group (Islam) is allowed and in some circles even venerated, while the defensive posture of the retaliating group is seen as wrong.  Society has obviously gotten to a point of becoming upside down where what is wrong is seen as right.

The world’s leaders need to stop seeing Islam as a privileged group.  They are not privileged.  Islam is a force to be reckoned with and unfortunately, Islam is forcing the world’s hand.

It is good to see places like Sweden where a crime is still being called a crime, even though perpetrated by Muslims.  What is happening in the UK and other areas of the world is solely due to political-correctness gone awry.  The only solution to that is to replace the leaders (or judges) who set the tone with people who truly see justice as blind.  Regardless of a person’s ethnicity, culture, or religious/ideological persuasion, justice should be meted out the same way across the board for the same crime.

The time of Islam receiving a pass should be declared completely over.  They do not deserve a pass.  They deserve to be treated like everyone else and if they continue to live by the laws of the A.D. 600s, yes, it will come as a shock to them to be handed punishment based on today’s judiciary laws, but instead of treating them as if they don’t know any better (like we would to a four-year old), they need to be taught that adult crimes receive adult punishment.

This is the only way to bring equity back to the judicial system.  But it will not work as long as our leaders continue to believe that Islam needs to be given an unfair edge.

Justice for all should mean just that; justice for all.  Islam is not above the law and should not be treated as if it is…
