Agenda 21 and the Loss of U.S. Sovereignty

When you consider all of the things that Mr. Obama has made happen since he became president, one has to wonder what will become of it?  I’ve talked about this as have many others; that the overarching goal seems to be a world that is effectively run by the UN, which then will have sovereignty over all nations.  Of course, we need to remember that eventually, there will be a one-world government that will control all nations.  The way it appears now is that over time, the UN will be given greater and greater power to establish itself as the vehicle through which the world is forced to conform.

In 1991, then president George H. W. Bush made the following statement.  “This is an historic moment…we have before us the opportunity to forge for ourselves and for future generations a new world order— a world where the rule of law, not the law of the jungle, governs the conduct of nations. When we are successful, and we will be, we have a real chance at this new world order, an order in which a credible United Nations can use its peacekeeping role to fulfill the promise and vision of the U.N.’s founders.”  [1]

Many zeroed in on his reference to a “new world order,” but that was about it.  If we look at the entire quote, it really tells us a great deal about how Bush thought.  He states that he looked forward to a “credible” UN that would be able to use its “peacekeeping” role to help bring about the “promise” and “vision” of UN founders.  Notice that Bush was not referring to the founders of the United States, but of the UN.

We know that the UN came into being because of previous League of Nations failed to keep WWII from happening.  Because of this, it was felt that another organization was needed that could “facilitat[e] cooperation in international law, international security, economic development, social progress, human rights, and achievement of world peace.” [2]  That’s really a tall order, if you stop and think about it, yet it has been in existence since 1945 and has grown in power over the years.

It was probably FDR who first coined the term “UN” and pushed for its existence.  Since its creation, numerous groups within the United States and elsewhere have opposed it.  Among the first was the John Birch Society, which in the 1950s, believed that if left unchecked, the UN would ultimately bring about a one-world government.

The push then has been to increase the power of the UN so that eventually, as Bush stated, it has the power and ability to act as peacekeeper for the globe.  This is of course, another reason why countries associated with the UN work diligently to remove guns from society.  They believe that the business of acting as peacekeeper should fall to the UN.  This is absurd, but this is what people believe and I seriously doubt that if or once they achieve this, the leaders of the world will no longer have a need for their own personal security details.

It was in 1993, the first notion of what is called “Agenda 21” came into existence through a publication from the UN.  The full title is Earth Summit, Agenda 21.  It came into existence during the UN Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992.

Since that time, it has become the blueprint for what the UN believes should be implemented throughout the globe during the 21st century.  There are four sections to this blueprint, each section focusing on a different strand.  However, all sections are based on the concept of sustainable development.

  • Section I: Social and Economic Dimensions
  • Section II: Conservation and Management of Resources for Development
  • Section III: Strengthening the Role of Major Groups
  • Section IV: Means of Implementation

What all of this means is that ways are being determined to push toward becoming as “green” as possible throughout the earth, so that plants, animals, and other resources are left alone, even if this means that human beings go without.  It is important to understand how Agenda 21 would affect the United States of America, if enacted.

Much has been written on the subject of Agenda 21 and unfortunately, some sensationalizing of the program has occurred.  It is important to ignore this type of discussion and simply focus on the meat and bones of the program in order to actually learn what is involved in the program and its potential effects on America.

If we look at what the Obama administration has been involved in doing, it is understandable to accuse this administration of working for the elite, as I’ve done and so have others.  In the end, it would appear that this is the case, but how is this being done?  Is there a way to focus on the entire picture, as I have advocated, rather than this issue or that one?

If the Agenda 21 is a real document that is actually being used by this administration (as well as by leaders of other countries) to help usher in a new world order as Bush indicated in 1991 (just one year prior to the publication of the Agenda 21 booklet), we need to look at it.  We should spend some time searching through it to determine whether or not there is truly something to be concerned of or if it there is much ado about nothing.

Jodi Fowler has written extensively on the Agenda 21 and provides some very valuable insights into the program that the UN allegedly wants to achieve, not only for the United States, but also for the world.  I’ll share some of those insights here and of course, her emphasis is on how this program might affect the United States.

We need to understand that what we are talking about here is complete global governance by the UN.  In previous articles, I have talked about the desires of the global elite to have a one-world government.  Could it be that the elite have chosen to use the UN through which they would perpetrate their goals onto a largely unsuspecting world?  It would make perfect sense that this is exactly what they would do for no other reason than it would allow them to remain completely in the shadows while the “front” organization – the UN – works with leaders of individual nations in order to affect change through the societies over which they preside.

The truth of the matter for the United States begins and ends with Barack Obama.  According to Fowler, the “change” that has been brought to this country by his hand includes, but is certainly not limited to the following:

  • Nearly 50 million American citizens now on some form of government subsistence.
  • A $16+ trillion-dollar debt.
  • The attack on our religious freedoms.
  • Millions of illegal immigrants entering our borders (Obama’s Dream Act via Executive Order).
  • ObamaCare mandated against the majority of ‘We the People’s’ will.
  • Unprecedented bankruptcies.
  • The housing bubble forcing never-before-seen housing foreclosures.
  • Rising fuel and food costs.
  • Loss of small businesses.
  • Job loss.
  • Dismantling coal resources.
  • Quashing the Keystone XL oil pipeline.
  • The rebirth of racial hostilities. [3]

Again, the above list is a partial list, by no means complete.  People can argue with individual items on the list, but it’s difficult to do.  We can attempt to lay the blame at the feet of Mr. Obama’s predecessor as many routinely do, but the facts argue against such a move in most instances.  The plain fact remains that regardless of what the economic situation was when Mr. Obama first took office, he has done nothing to improve the situation or outlook.  By doing nothing, he has been responsible for making things far worse.

Why has he done many of these things?  Why did he not tackle the problems of a bad economy first instead of creating a program that would simply add much more debt to an already bad economy?  Because he needed the economy to become much worse, or order to put more people on Welfare.  The more people that are on Welfare and other entitlements, the less they will truly have a say in what happens in our government.

This is the big reason Mr. Obama did nothing to help our ailing economy, except spend more money, which simply added to the debt.  By doing whatever he could to, as Fowler says, dismantle coal resources, he kills two birds with one stone.  First, he reduces the carbon “footprint” created by coal, and second, he puts more employed people out of work.  More people out of work means more people on Welfare (or at least unemployment to start).

This also creates a rising cost of fuel and food (because of transport needed to get food from point A to point B).  Killing the Keystone XL oil pipeline does the same thing.  Since Mr. Obama is not in support of it (regardless of what he said during the debates), it won’t be a “go.”  If it is a no-go, then no new jobs will be the result of it.  Moreover, America will not be able to lower fuel costs because we are not using the pipeline to bring in new fuel.  Finally, by not supporting the pipeline, Mr. Obama is supporting the notion of a reduced carbon footprint.

Many of these things tie together or at least affect another like dominoes.  As more people become unemployed, there will be greater tensions in society.  As this tension increases, we will see a greater incidence of crime and criminal activity in general.  This may have the unintended effect of creating additional stress and tension between the races, which will, in turn, create racial unrest.

All of this makes for a very volatile situation here in America.  It is not going to be pleasant if the UN is allowed to continue its attack on America through legislation and treaties.

During this past election, I note that it is the first time UN “observers” were invited into this country at the behest of Mr. Obama.  Their job was to watch the voting polls to “ensure” that things were done peacefully and legally.

In my view, Mr. Obama was making a statement and that statement was that increasingly, the UN would be granted more sovereignty over America and on American soil.  Obviously, these UN observers did absolutely nothing to ensure that voter fraud was nipped in the bud.  That was not the point.  The point was for Americans to see their sovereignty as a nation be given to the UN in stages.

Jodi Fowler calls it as it is in these comments from her articles.  I couldn’t agree with her more and the most tragic thing is that there are those individuals who call themselves Christians who are absolutely blind to the reality of what Mr. Obama is attempting to accomplish.

“Our America is entering into the second term of the most despicable, despotic and nontransparent U.S. presidency since the Founding Fathers penned our United States Constitution.  And, he has started off with quite a steroidal overdose endpoint by wanting to give control of our waters to the United Nations, the impending UN control (Arms Treaty) of our gun laws which will destroy our Second Amendment rights, and looming just around the corner, ‘cyber security’ laws will have the UN in control…further attacking our Constitutional rights via quelling our First Amendment right to freedom of speech.

“Barack Obama is hell-bent on the complete dismantlement of our beloved Nation via our Constitution to which he holds with great disdain.” [4]

Folks, this is what is clearly in the making.  Mr. Obama is a puppet of the elite that is working through the UN (to maintain their anonymity) in order to bring down America by literally handing America’s sovereignty over to the UN on a silver platter.

Do you think this is not for real?  Do you believe that Agenda 21 is simply some myth or fable that sensationalists have been using to sell books and videos?  The truth of the matter is that the blueprint that is Agenda 21 is what Mr. Obama is following in order to destroy this country from within.

The tragedy is that it has been happening for many decades, but much of it was done completely in the shadows.  Now however, with Mr. Obama, the elite seems to have grown much bolder.  They believe they have a man who many see as a type of god and because of the color of his skin, he is literally fireproof.  The race card can and will continue to be used as often as possible by those who support Mr. Obama and his bid to turn America over the United Nations.

They will not listen to reason because in order to do that, they would first have to be truthful about what is happening.  They know that truth is their enemy so they hide it.  The media plays along with them.

We’ll talk more about Agenda 21 in future articles.  In the meantime, check out the links below and allow the facts of the matter to sink in.

Our Lord and Savior? Really? Conjecture vs. Conspiracy

I’ve been thnking it for some time that its as if Obama is trying to build up a resume for the top UN position in the public’s view. I would not be surprised if, after his appointed stint as “POTUS” he will be head of the UN.

You could be right. It will be interesting to see what, if anything is left of America at that point.
