With the above links, use discernment. I’d like to encourage all readers to take the time to watch Covid Confusion, a sermon by Rev. Danny Jones. He makes excellent points that we need to heed. There is nothing wrong with legally resisting what the elite are attempting to do in the USA and the world. Too many Christians believe that we can’t say “no” to authorities based on their interpretation of Romans 13. Actually, yes we can and there are times we should. Watch the video and share it.

In our first in this series, we discussed what the elite, guided and empowered by Satan, are attempting to accomplish throughout the world. We noted that while CV-19 is currently being used to push the world toward that coming final, globalized government over which the elite will reign supreme (until the Antichrist wrests that position of authority from them and becomes the sole ruler of planet earth), we stated CV-19 in and of itself is not the vehicle that will clearly and deftly bring this world to its knees, though certainly CV is the current catalyst. The truth is that more and more people across the globe appear to be waking up. Not only are they waking up, but they are actively resisting, so far, through every legal channel available. We’re seeing protests against draconian mandates and lock downs and people speaking out at local city, county and other government meetings.

Folks are tossing their masks and refusing to play what they believe is a game of compliance that simply allows governments to set aside freedoms. All of this is coming to a climax and the elite, though they have the money and power, may find they’ve bitten off more than they can chew. Certainly, Democrat strongholds like Portland, Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, Atlanta and other large urban areas appear to have the upper hand for now. But those who live outside urban areas and even in the rural areas are no longer willing to play along.

I’ve said I could be wrong about this (and other things), so while I’m not adamant that it appears the elite may be losing some of its grip, it appears to me that this is the case. Because of the growing resistance to authoritarians to remake society for our “safety,” I stated that it will likely take something greater than CV-19 (or its variants), to bring about the complete change the elite want. That something, I said, is the Rapture where millions of people gone in an instant across this planet will absolutely get everyone’s attention. It will bring the subject of aliens into sharp focus. People will start to “look up,” but not for God, but for aliens, who will be seen as benevolent, simply want to help earthlings.

As demons  step up to impersonate the “aliens” who have allegedly been behind the “evacuation” of millions of “malecontents” (Christians), across this planet, the people of earth who remain after the Rapture occurs, will begin jumping for joy! Those rotten Christians with their bad “karma” and fascist thinking were powerful enough to keep aliens from revealing themselves and from allowing planet earth to evolve to the next spiritual plane, apparently. Thank “god” those nasty Christians are finally gone and people will conclude the evacuation was a form of “judgment” on Christians. Interestingly enough, there will still be pastors and Bible teachers left behind who were never authentic Christians in the first place and will continue their false expositions of Scripture. I believe the coming Rapture will result in total compliance to the coming global empire. All for one and one for all.

After the Rapture occurs, depending upon how far along the world is due to CV-19, those remaining will likely be far more willing to fully embrace every mandate dictated by world governments. People will come together as they did in the days of Noah for the “good” of all humanity.

I see many of these people on social networks who are nearly apoplectic over the fact that there are people who will not willingly submit to receiving the jab and every other mandate that political leaders are attempting to implement. The absence of every authentic Christian throughout the world will make this task much easier.

As also stated last time, I believe the Bible teaches that the Rapture will occur before the start of the Tribulation and while the Bible tells us the exact event that kicks off the Tribulation (Daniel 9:24), we still do not know exactly when that will actually occur. We know the Tribulation/Great Tribulation will last for seven years (also Daniel 9:24-27), but again, we do not know the exact date when it will begin. It is not for us to know. If God told us, He would have also told Satan and Satan doesn’t need to know either until that very moment when he gets the go-ahead from God. If God told us exactly when the Tribulation would begin, and the Rapture does not occur prior to the event but during or at the end, then it would be fairly easy to figure out the timing of the Rapture/Lord’s return, wouldn’t it? Yet Jesus said it is not for us to know the times and seasons (Acts 1:7), another reason why the Rapture is most likely Pretribulation in timing.

So if the Rapture is going to occur before the start of the Tribulation (and we don’t know how long ahead of the beginning of the Tribulation that the Rapture will occur or how bad things will get in society), we also get a sense from Scripture that a number of other events are scheduled to take place; some before the Tribulation, some during and some following. The ones that may happen before the Tribulation also do not have specific dates attached to them, as far as the Bible is concerned. Certainly, their dates are exactly known to God, but again, we don’t need to know. Our job is to study the Scriptures and understand the times. When certain things come into play, we can judge by those events (if they’re highlighted in Scripture), that things continue to progress toward that final countdown of seven years.

I also mentioned last time, an article –  The Top 20 Signs in Eschatology and Convergence in Biblical Prophecies – that I wanted to discuss and I’ll focus on that for the remainder of this article. The main points they list are these:

  1. Israel becomes a nation (Isaiah 66:8)
  2. Destruction of Damascus (Isaiah 17)
  3. Wars and rumors of wars (Matthew 24:6-7)
  4. The third Temple (Matthew 24:15)
  5. The rise of Anti-Semitism and Anti-Christian fervor (Deuteronomy 28:37)
  6. Battle of Gog and Magog (Northern Invasion; Ezekiel 38-39)
  7. Mockers and Scoffers (2 Peter 3:1-10)
  8. Digital Revolution & A.I. (Revelation 13:16-17)
  9. Earthquakes (Matthew 24:7)
  10. False Prophet & One world religion (Revelation 13: 2-4,7)
  11. Globalism (Matthew 24:6,7 Revelation 17:12-13)
  12. One world army (Revelation 17:12-13, Daniel 7:7-9)
  13. Parable of the Fig Tree (Matthew 24:32-34)
  14. A one world currency (Revelation 13:16-17)
  15. The generation that shall not pass (Matthew 24:32-34)
  16. Peace and safety (1 Thessalonians 5:3, Parted my land Joel 3:1-2, Covenant with Abram Genesis 15:18)
  17. Increase in birth pangs (Matthew 24:8)
  18. The exponential increase in wickedness (2 Timothy 3:1-5)
  19. As in the days of Noah and Lot (Matthew 24:37-39)
  20. The Mystery of Lawlessness (2 Thessalonians 2:7)

While I don’t agree with everything they state on a few of the bullet points above (and you might not either), the information they provide is certainly worthwhile to know and understand. I’m not going to focus on every point they make, but would like to comment on several of them in the remainder of this article and into the next part of this series as well.

1. Israel Becomes a Nation
Most Christians are aware of the fact that Israel became a nation in 1948, literally rising from the dead. Many conservative Bible scholars believe this is fulfillment of what God stated clearly through Isaiah. Not only did Israel as a nation rise from the dead, but the Hebrew language, which had also become a dead language, was also resurrected.

2. Destruction of Damascus
The city of Damascus is the oldest surviving city of ancient history still inhabited and alive. However, God has stated that it will be destroyed completely. This has never occurred in history so obviously it will happen at some point in the future. As the article brings out, there are constant storm clouds of war in the Middle East with Syria, Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Russia all standing against Israel. What will be the precipitating factor that finally brings about Damascus’ demise?

Because Israel is currently defending itself against Iran, Syria is paying close attention and as the article states, even though Israel is bombing Iranian military operations, so far, nothing has completely dissuaded Iran’s leadership from continuing to build its military. Tensions will continue to build in that area of the world and one day, Damascus, Syria, will bear some of the fallout with the full destruction of that ancient city.

6. Battle of Gog and Magog
Some conservative Bible scholars believe this war described in Ezekiel 38-39 is the same war as the Battle of Armageddon ((Revelation 16:16; 20:1-3). I personally believe this Gog/Magog conflict is a separate war (from Armageddon), which I also believe comes either before the Tribulation or at the start of it and I’ll explain why.

This particular war is not much of a war, according to Scripture because God alone deals with it to save Israel. Could it be that Iran attempts to strike Israel at some point in the near future? With Biden in as president of the US, there really is no protection offered by the USA to Israel anymore. It’s the same scenario but worse that existed under the Obama administration. I believe Obama and Biden hate Israel with a passion. Neither would mind at all if Iran or some other nation did annihilate Israel off the map.

But let’s assume that Iran tries to strike Israel or for that matter, let’s say that in retaliation of an Israeli strike against Iran, Syria steps in and tries to help Iran out. Might not Israel then send a strike against Syria, taking out Damascus? It’s certainly possible.

If that happens, then could others get involved and escalate an attack against Israel? This is what the biblical narrative of Ezekiel 38-39 indicate. Certainly, Iran, Syria and Turkey would likely be all in on that, and Russia might also join forces. With this collaboration of nations, it would be easy to think that these nations (and possibly others), would band together to attempt to deal with Israel in a final, once-for-all way. If we consider it, this is what many nations in and around the Middle East have been wanting anyway. They forget that in 1948, the area “given” to Israel by the UN was barren land fit for Bedouins and their herds. It was only after Israel received the Land back that “milk and honey” once again began to flow.

Israel has natural gas stores they have discovered as well as oil reserves. Moreover, they produce over a billion dollars worth of fruits and vegetables per year, much of it for export. It appears that in the opening verses of Ezekiel 38-39, Gog (a title), eyes Israel and wants what they have. That could be why Gog (as leader of a coalition of nations), attempts to invade Israel. That much is implied in the text.

But of course, the ongoing issue is that many nations simply hate Israel’s presence in the Middle East and want all Jews out. So between that hatred and wanting what Israel has in her land, there is reason enough for Gog and his nation coalition to want to invade Israel.

Under Trump, the above nations would not have gotten together and tried to invade Israel. Under Biden, there is no longer any reason to not invade Israel because any invaders know that the USA will do nothing about it and that also, is implied in the text.

We’ll be back to comment on a few more bullet points from the other article. Also look for another installment on our Jeremiah series.

Thanks for all you do and the links…becoming hard to keep up! Convergence is happening so fast, so hopefully it will culminate in Jesus’ soon return! Maranatha!

The world is progressively becoming a place any true spirit-filled person, who loves the Lord, no longer wishes to live in…Daily we see so many abominations it’s heart wrenching…But God…The most disturbing thing to me though is how people profane the name of God!

    Dear Brother in Christ
Do you have any articles or teachings dealing specifically with those who try to use scripture to disprove the rapture? Thank you.

Great question. If you’ll give me time to search through things over the weekend, I’ll get back with you first part of the week.

Here’s a start for you. This search results will take you to articles I’ve written attempting to counter the arguments against a PreTrib Rapture position.

Honestly, I hate debating it because it quickly becomes laced with vitriol.

I’ve noticed that many (not all), who do not accept a PreTrib Rapture also believe a person’s salvation can be lost. This is often heard by anti-PreTrib people.

I’ve been told to my face that once the Trib starts and if PreTrib Rapture does not occur, I’ll become so disillusioned that I’ll be deceived into thinking the AntiChrist is Jesus and I’ll take the mark and destine myself to hell. It’s an absurd man-made argument in my opinion.

I have no fear of the Trib and if it happens that I’m wrong about Rapture then I’ll likely be killed in the Trib. If so I’ll gladly be martyred for my faith in Jesus.

What I’ve always stressed is that things will become progressively worse as we approach Trib. We’re seeing that now as globalists seek to put their NWO “great reset” into place.

What lies ahead is certainly scary but I believe God will use these days to separate authentic Christians from false.

The Rapture could happen today, tomorrow or 10 yrs from now.

I could die naturally or be martyred long before it happens, I have no clue.

I also believe and learned long ago that arguing over aspects of Eschatology is often fruitless.

Our job is to study Scripture, determine what it means by comparing all things to Scripture and humbly live before Him.
