Islam and Alleged Racism

It always amazes me when I hear people allege racism with respect to Islam.  Even though nearly all acts of terrorism are perpetrated by those from Islam, our government says we cannot profile.  To do so is to be “racist.”  Nonsense.

It is impossible to be racist where Islam is concerned.  The simple reason has to do with the fact that anyone of any race can convert to Islam.  There are Caucasians who have converted to Islam, people of color besides blacks who have also done so.  Moreover, just because someone is Arab, it does not mean that they are Islam.  They could easily be something else, especially if they are not born into the culture of the Middle East.

So why do people yell “racism” with respect to those of us who believe that our government should do more to protect us from the encroachment of Islam into our society?  Simply because the people yelling “racism” are not educated.  They do not understand the nuances of the English language and therefore they erroneously believe that if you criticize someone based on their religious ideology, then that is racism.

The charge of racism – as I have before – has a way of shutting people up.  It is very difficult to defend against, much like being accused of sexual harassment when there were no independent witnesses.  However, in this case, with respect to alleged racism toward Islam (and yes, I have been accused of it), it simply does not stand.

Because I critique Islam, its founder, its tenets, and its goals, and I do so that often conveys Islam in a negative way, that has nothing to do with any alleged racism on my part.  It has to do with the fact that built within Islam and surrounding it is its own negativity.

If someone states factual situations related to Muhammad that purport to show him as a pedophile (he married a young girl of six named Aisha), then that person is shouted down, called a liar and more.  They are told they are wantonly attacking a religion of peace, Islam.  They are charged with making up lies against Islam’s prophet, Muhammad.

Groups like CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) and others want to redact history.  They want the world to see Muhammad as a prophet who was someone who could be emulated and looked up to.  They want the world to see Muhammad as a man of peace, who only fought when he needed to fight, in defense of himself or his family.  Radical Muslims like those involved with CAIR don’t really care about truth if that truth tends to denigrate Muhammad or Islam.  What they care about is how they can perpetuate their lies without people realizing that this is what they are doing.  It’s tragic, but it shows just how badly CAIR and others want the world to see Islam as something that it is not.  The question is why?

The answer to that question is very simple.  If people will come to believe that Islam is in actuality a religion of peace and Muslims simply want to see the world come together as one, then people will relax their attitudes toward Islam.  The more they relax their attitudes, the more CAIR can accomplish to suit their own ends.

CAIR is into everything that our government does.  They start one lawsuit after another, attempting to use our own laws against this nation.  They count on people being oblivious to their true ideals.  CAIR has worked very hard to have textbooks that this nation’s children use in their classrooms changed to make Islam look wonderful.  They have helped to create a Muhammad that is unlike the Muhammad of actual history.  They know that if they can get the minds of children, they will soon have control of society because those children will become brainwashed puppets for Islam.

Another thing that CAIR is doing is trying to oversee the training programs for law enforcement officials.  ACT for America! recently stated in an emailed notice just how badly CAIR is attempting to control things.

“CAIR (the Council on American-Islamic Relations) has, either through its national organization or its chapter affiliates, repeatedly tried to intimidate federal and local elected officials who have the courage to stand up to radical Islam.

“The latest from CAIR is its effort to dictate who the FBI uses as trainers in its counterterrorism programs. (See the CAIR release below).

“Apparently, it’s not sufficient that the Obama administration has stripped all references to jihad and radical Islam from its national security strategy regarding terrorism.

“CAIR won’t be happy until every government entity in America knuckles under to its sharia-driven agenda aimed at silencing any critique of radical Islam and any connection between radical Islam and Islamic terrorism.

“CAIR has also made it clear it will aggressively fight our efforts to pass “American Laws in American Courts,” legislation that will prohibit courts from applying sharia law. Will we win? Or will CAIR win?”

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) announced today that 15 of its chapters nationwide have filed 87 separate public records requests about possible Islamophobic training of local, state and national law enforcement personnel.

CAIR is seeking information about state-level trainings that may have used federal taxpayer dollars to fund anti-Muslim trainers, a phenomenon highlighted in recent research and media reports.

In a statement, CAIR said:

“CAIR’s public records requests seek to ensure that law enforcement agencies are using qualified trainers who present objective and unbiased information to help protect Americans from violent extremists of all types. We firmly believe that good training leads to good investigations, while biased training leads to biased investigations. We are particularly concerned with ensuring that taxpayer dollars are not wasted on training that is agenda-driven, inaccurate or Islamophobic.”

Both Attorney General Holder and FBI Director Mueller have acknowledged that the Department of Justice and the FBI are reviewing their training materials to remove inaccurate and biased information. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which provides most of the Federal funding for state and local training, recently issued a set of recommendations for countering violent extremism training.

The term “Islamophobic” is also a big one.  It is akin to being charged with racism, but without calling someone a racist.  Of course, in most people’s eyes, being called anything that ends with “phobic” is not good either so most people do what they can to avoid it.

Politicians in America are only kidding themselves if they think that being politically correct is the answer to injustices.  In fact, it is clear that at least in some situations, being politically correct can exacerbate injustice.

Did you catch the part above that reads:  “CAIR’s public records requests seek to ensure that law enforcement agencies are using qualified trainers who present objective and unbiased information to help protect Americans from violent extremists of all types.”

I fully believe that the people at CAIR want to seriously downplay the threat of terrorism in the United States so that it becomes abnormal or simply incidental.  They want us to believe that it is public fear and poor law enforcement techniques that have created the fear of terrorism in America.

No, what has created the fear of terrorism in America is actual terrorism, not a figment of someone’s imagination.  So while on the surface, CAIR is trying to present itself as an organization concerned about justice for all people while trying to avoid pigeon-holing Muslims who may or may not be part of terrorist organizations.

There is more than speculation regarding CAIR itself and its alleged ties to terror organizations and if that is true, then it would appear as though the fox is guarding the hen-house.

I particularly love this statement from CAIR:  “We are particularly concerned with ensuring that taxpayer dollars are not wasted on training that is agenda-driven, inaccurate or Islamophobic.”  Uh…sure.  They care about how our taxpayer dollars are spent.  CAIR is a non-profit organization, fully benefiting from the tax laws as they apply to non-profits in the United States.  Because of this, they have a multitude of ways they can raise money and garner support.

Beyond this, there are many organizations within America who routinely make product available to non-profits like CAIR for next to nothing.  Even though I have a non-profit, I do not qualify for most of those give-aways because of my religious affiliation.

So, while CAIR is a non-profit which defends Islam, it can be a non-profit as a non-religious entity even though its chief concern is the viability of Islam within the fabric of the American system.

I will have much more to say about how Islam is working its way through the justice system, attempting to oversee laws that are passed so that things become very favorable for Islam.  I will also be pointing out some of the major flaws within Islam and why we need to push back against Islam.  If we do not, its encroachment is sure.

Let me be clear here.  If someone is Muslim and they worship Allah and view Muhammad as their prophet, that’s entirely up to them.  They should certainly be allowed to do that.

However, my main objection with Islam is that it is attempting to make tremendous inroads into every society it “adopts” in order to gain special privileges that Muslims should not be entitled to having.  In other words, Islamists attempt to change society so that they fall in line with Islamic beliefs and tenets.

Islamists are not content to simply be part of a society, adopting the social norms of that society while maintaining their Islamic belief system.  The way Islam is designed means that every part of society, from food, to public display, to other aspects of cultural norms are affected.

In order to be a “good” Muslim, they must wear their particular clothing in public, but instead of realizing that some of what they wear presents certain problems if they go to certain places (like an amusement park, or the DMV for your license to drive), they expect and even demand that they should be catered to because they need to be part of society and in order for that to happen, society must be willing to bend to their (Islam’s) will.

Do you see what happens?  The other day, I discussed the fact that certain Islamic groups are now demanding that people no longer wish others a “Merry Christmas” because this phrase offends them.  I don’t care if it offends them.  I hear the Name of my Lord and Savior being used as an epithet every day and I’m offended.  At the same time, I do not expect people to stop swearing because that offends me.  It would be nice, but I do not expect it, nor would I ever demand that people did.

This is the big difference between Islam and everything else.  Islam wants every society that they come in contact with to change to suit them and their needs.  This is how they begin to conquer the world because once societies begin to give in by allowing women to wear full facial veils for their I.D. photo, or by providing ceremonial wash basins, or by providing them time to pray five times each day without having to clock out where they are employed, they will push for more and more.

Christians don’t do this.  Buddhists don’t do this.  Amish don’t do this.  No one else does this, except Islam (and Gays and Lesbians when it comes to creating laws that are anti-hate speech).  Islam believes that it can dominate the world by forcing the world to come in line with its demands.  If the world refuses, there are many Muslims who are ready to prove their worth through terrorist aggression.

People of the world need to wake up.  They need to become involved in not only realizing what Islam is attempting to do, but we need to stop falling for the verbal attacks that are designed to make us shut up.

At first, we were called “racists” if we spoke out against Islam.  Now, we are called Islamophobes.  Frankly, it really doesn’t matter what they call me because none of negates the truth about Islam.
