Threats from Sore Losers

This has been going off and on for some time now, but since the election is this coming Tuesday, it seems to be that those who believe that their particular candidate – in this case, Mr. Obama – may lose the election, they are threatening to riot. There are tweets being tweeted from individuals who apparently don’t believe in the electoral process. They believe that if their candidate loses, they can create civil unrest. So far, no one has posted of anyone who is threatening to riot if Mitt Romney loses. It all seems to be coming from those who support Mr. Obama.
I’m certainly not saying that Mr. Obama is somehow responsible or culpable for the words and actions of those who want to keep him in office. The people themselves who make the charges are responsible for their own words and actions. However, if anyone on the Obama re-election team hears of these things, their condemnation of it should be swift.
We are coming up to what is likely the most important presidential election of our country in just a few days. The pundits who support Mr. Obama know they have a great deal to lose if he loses the election. To that end, they are coming up with some of the most atrocious claims that endeavor to highlight Mr. Romney as a “murderer” (he is going to apparently, kill gay people) or that he is the reason for the meningitis outbreak. [1] This type of absurdity seems to know no bounds.
What we are not hearing from the lamestream media is the fact that Mitt Romney’s father marched with other like-minded leaders during the Civil Rights movement. We also do not hear them talking about the fact that Mitt Romney gave away the inheritance he received from his father. They only time they talk about it is when they are attempting to cast doubt on it, but numerous places like PolitiFact has verified it. [2]
Mr. Obama was voted into office with virtually no experience. He was a community organizer and then a senator in Congress. He has never really had a secular job in his life, having always been in politics and given much. We’re still not sure how he was able to afford his college tuition, but word has it that it was paid for by outside sources and he also applied as a “foreign student,” which would have allowed him to file for financial aid and grants available only to foreign students. This may also explain why he doesn’t want anyone to see his college transcripts.
Recently, when Mr. Obama released his 20-page booklet outlining his plan for his second term, CNN tore it apart, essentially saying there was nothing there. It was simply “more of the same” that he promised in 2008. Obviously, it was a very hastily thrown together booklet from his campaign that would offer something to the American people. Unfortunately, if you consider Mr. Obama’s 20-page booklet, compared to Romney’s 160-page booklet which he released well over a year ago, the contrast is stark.
As I’ve said before, the first thing Mr. Obama did after taking office was to focus on healthcare, instead of even trying to fix the economy. Because of that, we have this behemoth of a healthcare plan that is going to cost trillions as time goes on. Even though at one point early on, Mr. Obama intimated that his new healthcare program would be paid by corporations kicking in their fair share. That hasn’t happened and that’s the last we heard of it.
We have seen several situations occur during Mr. Obama’s tenure as president that have been, oddly enough (or maybe not so oddly enough) largely ignored by the media. We’ve seen the Osama bin Laden situation, in which Mr. Obama is being credited for going after bin Laden (and rightly so, since he is the Commander-in-Chief). We know of the Benghazi situation, though we also know that the media – with a few exceptions – is simply not reporting on it because of Hurricane Sandy. We know that Mr. Obama promised a lot on the heels of Sandy, yet thousands of people are still waiting for the basics and FEMA does not appear to be making any headway at all. The day after Mr. Obama appeared on television in his press conference, he was in Las Vegas with Eva Longoria and another fundraiser. I realize it’s election time, but shouldn’t the president of the United States take more time to deal with a situation that requires leadership?
Of course, when Mitt Romney tried to use one of his busses to bring in supplies for those in dire need, MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell called him out, saying he was politicizing the situation. I have a sneaking suspicion that she would have done that had he continued campaigning as well.
To make matters worse, electric crews from Georgia and Alabama have been turned away as they volunteered their time and expertise to the regions in the north that have been hit hard by the hurricane. The reason? They are not union workers, but they were given the choice to join the union or leave.
Of course, we have a number of conservative websites claiming that Valerie Jarrett has stated essentially that after Mr. Obama wins re-election, it’ll be payback for all those who haven’t supported him. [3] Is it true? Who knows, but I cannot imagine she would have said anything like that publicly, would you?

and learn of all the people who have been threatened with death for either vowing to support Mitt Romney or changing their support from Mr. Obama to Mr. Romney. The things that some people say makes you wonder if they are simply overtaken by a host of demons. They say the things I expect demons to day. Wanting to kill people because of how they vote is becoming the norm in today’s world.
But what else has occurred while Mr. Obama has been president that he seems to have been slow to respond to:
- It took Mr. Obama seven days to visit Joplin, MO after a tornado wiped out half the town and killed 120 people.
- It took Mr. Obama fourteen days to visit the Gulf Coast after the BP oil spill.
- Mr. Obama decided not even to go to Tennessee after the historic 1,000-year flood.
- Mr. Obama did nothing for seven hours after repeated calls for help from those in Benghazi.
- Mr. Obama put things in motion in one day after Hurricane Sandy hit land. We even had pictures of the situation room where images of Sandy were clearly visible on the monitor’s screen.
But, not to sound jaded, but there is the election coming up in a few days.
The truth of the matter seems to be that Mr. Obama is an opportunist, someone who does what he does when it matters for him and his reputation. Other than that, he’s simply not there.
Yet, in spite of all of this, we have people who desperately want him to be re-elected and if they don’t get their way, they are yelling that they will riot and even kill Romney. I’m sure the Secret Service is having a hard time keeping up with all of it because there is simply so much that’s being spewed on Twitter and elsewhere.
But the question of course is, why do these people want another four years with Mr. Obama? Is it because he’s part-black? Could be, but I’m more inclined to believe that the overriding reason is because of all the “free stuff” that Mr. Obama is giving to people. The homeless have their phones. Many have free housing and much more. But of course, they fail to see that nothing is truly free. What they get for free comes with a price tag and that price is paid for by the taxpayer. What happens when the money is no longer there? What happens when people who have dutifully been paying taxes are unable to do so because they also have lost their job?
I read one tweet the other day about a person who wanted to loot after Hurricane Sandy (one of many) and made the statement that he wanted a large screen TV, a laptop, etc., and then stated that it’s about time they start “taking stuff back.” The mentality that has been created within society that effectively believes that they should have what they neither deserve or work for is blatant.
With these people, you cannot talk sense into them because they have become accustomed to receiving by merely holding their hands out. What they can’t get for free, they don’t mind taking when no one is looking.
I have not seen Mr. Obama or the Department of Justice clamping down on this at all. In fact, they’ve said nothing about it, as if it does not exist. So, if Mr. Obama is re-elected, we can only plan on this attitude becoming far worse until society is essentially lawless.
Oh, hey, that reminds me of what Paul told Timothy. “For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power,” (2 Timothy 3:2-6).
This is the type of society that is being created now. Large portions of our population are lawless. They do what they want, when they want. They have no qualms in taking what they have not earned because they think they deserve it. They lack self-control, they are brutal, and they abjectly hate what is good. They are revilers and revilers are the types of people who have no difficulty in starting a riot for the fun of it. They love themselves so much that they cannot see beyond themselves to the needs of anyone else. It is absolutely beyond them to do so. They are fully ungrateful. What they get, they believe they are owed, even when they refuse to work for it. The arrogance these people display is off the scale, yet it continues to grow and will soon infect our entire society.
People’s hearts will grow cold because all they want to do is whatever suits them and makes their life better. These people are no better than animals. In fact, animals are better because animals live by instinct. Human beings were not made that way. We were made in God’s image, to think, to love, to serve, to bring Him glory.
Paul continues with Timothy saying that people like this are just like the two men who opposed Moses. They essentially stand against the truth and reject it outright. They are of a depraved mind.
What we are seeing in many people today – I believe – are demons running around in human skins. They stand opposed to God and His children. They want to wreak havoc on this world and they are getting the opportunity to do just that.
Yesterday, I wrote about godless politicians and how they negatively impact society. It was good to learn that hours after I posted about Mayor Bloomberg’s desire to go forward with the NYC Marathon, someone apparently talked some sense into him and he finally cancelled it. Up to that point, people who were being housed in hotels after their homes were destroyed were being told they would need to leave the hotels because marathon runners were coming in and needed the rooms. These same people were being told they could not use the latrines being set up for the runners. Instead, they would have to use bathrooms in the woods. This is ungodliness at its “finest.”
Society today is sinking very fast into the world that Jesus (in the Olivet Discourse), the apostle Paul, and numerous other writers have told us about. It’s not going to get better. It is going to progressively get worse and that is a Scriptural fact.
So what happens when Mitt Romney becomes our next president? Will there be rioting? Probably, in parts of America, especially the larger metropolitan areas. So what should we as Christians do? Continue to trust God. Do what you can to stay out of harm’s way but remain steadfast in trusting God’s ability to care for you.
As we trust Him, He will work in and through us. Who knows what kind of witness we might wind up being to the lawless of this world? We need to be sure that our response to that lawlessness brings Him glory. God loves us and He loves those who have not yet seen the truth and are acting out of their own depravity. They need God’s love and they need His salvation.
Stand fast. Hold fast to His Word. Pray for His will to be done with this next election and trust Him for the outcome. We can also pray that should Mr. Obama not be re-elected, we should be praying that lawlessness will be kept in check by our God who is infinitely greater than anything Satan can dish out.
Pray for His will for the election. Pray for His peace following it. Pray that in all things He will be glorified.

Are you seriously suggesting obama was too slow re sandy. Christie rove and brownie all disagree- for very different reasons- but all agree obama was quick to respond and did a good job

No. You need to go back and re-read my comments. I specifically stated that Mr. Obama responded within ONE day. He wasn’t slow to respond at all. This was in CONTRAST with the other bullet points I made. I notice you didn’t disagree with the other ones, but were confused on number 5.
Although, FEMA is STILL not meeting needs at all. People are going on the 7th day without power, food, and water and after the initial press conference held by Mr. Obama, he flew off to Las Vegas to be with Eva Longoria for another fundraiser.
In fact, since that first press conference, we really haven’t heard from Mr. Obama, have we? He promised that there would be no red tape, yet FEMA apparently can’t find Staten Island or parts of New Jersey.
Yes, Mr. Obama did a great job jumping on this situation. It’s actually his follow-through that leaves a lot to be desired. While he SAID that they would leave no one behind, lots of people are actually being left behind. Where is the help that people should have had days ago? Ah…no worries…maybe tomorrow.
Neither people like you nor the media would allow this much grace for George W. or any Republican president for that matter. In your eyes though, Mr. Obama can do no wrong, even when he is NOT responding to desperate calls for help in Benghazi. The CIA has confirmed that two SEALS died FIVE hours after their calls for help. Nothing was done to save them or Ambassador Stevens. Mr. Obama was allegedly working out a trade deal with the Muslim Brotherhood – the Blind Sheik for Ambassador Stevens (once he had been kidnapped). Instead, Stevens was killed and the deal to trade him for the Sheik fell through. Instead of being a hero, Mr. Obama has the blood of four Americans on his hands and he is once again, doing his best to cover things up.
Between Benghazi, “Fast and Furious” and a few other things, it is clear that Mr. Obama has no love or respect for the documents that this country was founded upon, in spite of the fact that he swore to uphold them when he took office.
He enjoys calling Mitt Romney a liar, even though fact-checking proves repeatedly that Romney is correct and Mr. Obama has no clue. I guess simply calling someone a liar is enough for his followers to believe him, in spite of the facts.
We actually need a president who cares about this country and ALL the people who live here, not just his support group of faithful followers. We need a president who will once again, have the respect of foreign countries and not bow to them every time he meets with their leaders. We need a president who understands how to actually create businesses, not destroy them and remove jobs.
I’m not sure what your reasons are for wanting Mr. Obama to serve another four years, but I truly believe you are missing facts that would actually help you adjust your decision to vote for him. What’s more is that I don’t think you care what the facts are here. You listen to Chris Matthews, Ed Schultz, Andrea Mitchell and a host of other hob goblins who pretend to be unbaised news anchors and pundits. They use their scare tactics to tell you that Romney is going to kill gays, attack women, and much more. You believe it. You think that Mr. Obama actually supports women’s rights. Then WHY do the women in his administration make LESS money than their male counterparts? Why does Mr. Obama constantly bow to Islam and Sharia law knowing how the average woman is treated under it?
I just don’t get it Amy. I just don’t get it. Mitt Romney put more women to work (with equal pay) that Mr. Obama has to date. Romney knows how to work with Democrats AND Republicans to get the job done. Mr. Obama shows disdain for anyone who does not agree with him and his followers to the same.
Mr. Obama needs to go.

I would vote romney if i knew what he stood for? He flip flops more than kerry ever did. Obama is easy to criticize bec his policies are on the table. Gop has no policies only general ideas. How exactly will rom cut deficit – which loop holes will he close yet raise mil spending – hasnt said. Rom in prim was more right wing than rush; new romney is totally left wing. Obama dude but least he is devil we know. Rom as transparent as the mormon priesthood and temple rituals. Rom has flip flopped at least three times each way on health care, abortion, immigration. That is why more people will vote obama – in few hours i will be proved right.

Yes, Mr. Romney has changed his opinion on several things. You’re saying though that Mr. Obama has NEVER changed his opinion? Give me a break please. Mitt published his 160-page plan for America booklet over a year ago. Have you READ it? Mr. Obama just came out with his 20-page booklet that CNN ripped because it offered nothing new at all.
You accused the GOP of having general policies. Where have you been? Look at the promises Mr. Obama made in 2008 (most of which he broke) and then look at what he is saying NOW. Did you NOT notice that Mr. Obama spoke in such general terms that he actually said NOTHING? Romney said specifically that he will put people BACK to work, by going over the hundreds of new EPA regulations adopted under Mr. Obama and rolling some of them back.
Romney will will do what he can to put coal workers back to work. He will continue with the pipeline from Canada that Mr. Obama has stalled. Romney has spoken specifically about HOW he will cut taxes while creating businesses. I’m sorry Amy, but you simply haven’t been listening.
Regarding abortion, he has NOT flip-flopped three times. He has ALWAYS said that he – personally – does NOT favor abortion, but as (then) Gov., he will always support a woman’s right to choose. He’s not going to kill gays, and get into women’s vaginas (as Ed Schultz claims).
Mr. Romney is NOT right-wing and that claim by so many is interesting, considering Romney is actually LEFT of center. Mr. Obama is simply MORE Left of center than Romney is but Romney is NOT right-wing by any stretch. You’re simply proving what you do not know about Romney.
Obama is easy to criticize because he has LIED and has not done what he PROMISED to do. He SAID he would cut the deficit in half during his first term, or it would be a one-term proposition. He SAID he would do many things and he has not done them. Criticizing him is easy because we can simply compare what he promised with what he has done. It’s plain, which is why during the debates, all he did was rehash his talking points and call Romney a liar. In point of fact, Mr. Obama was proven to be the liar by numerous fact-checking agencies.
Who CARES about Romney’s Mormonism? If no one cares that Mr. Obama is likely a Muslim pretending to be a Christian, then certainly Romney’s religion shouldn’t come into play.

To make a fair assessment you need to compare. The fed gov, who you seem to think is too involved, perhsps should be abolished or privatized like romney, suddenly is being bled for not doing enough! People who complain fed gov too involved and should be stripped are the first to complain it isnt doing enough when disaster strikes. Obama is not god and he can improve. But he did a much better job than bushes admin – fact. Who knows what happened in bengazi but he killed an evil dictator with min loss of life and without a ground invasion – unlike iraq and despite gop except mcain saying it wouldnt work. Obama got us iraq, risked a carter raid to kill bin laden that could have back fired big time, is getting us out of afghan and most import the world doesnt hate us. If you travel overseas you would notice the big diff towards amer since obama took office. Not sure re fast and furious but remember iran contra debacle, or the arming of sadam, or that the cia created the taliban and bin laden. Also patreaus running cia now, he is gop leaning, and i believe obama is protecting him re bengazi. Also no marines in bengazi as consulate not embassy. Also gop slashed funds for security to state dep!

You are too deluded, Amy. You really are and I feel sorry for you. You make absolutely no sense, except to you and other liberals, I’m sure.
Whether there was a consulate or an embassy at Benghazi is not the point. We had an AMBASSADOR there who requested additional security SEVEN times and was denied! In fact, the security that was there was removed. Mr. Obama did NOTHING for seven hours while he watched things transpire in real-time. If this had been Bush not doing anything, the media would have been all over him and the Left would be calling for his impeachment. Michael Moore would be creating a “documentary” showing how bad Bush was as president.
Where are you getting your “facts”? What you’re saying is like reading the talking points of any leftwing liberal. I’ve heard it all before and even though you say it and believe it, nothing you’re saying is necessarily true. It’s simply what you want to believe. Feel free, Amy. You don’t need to try to convince me or anyone else why you believe what you believe. Just believe it and vote your conscience.
The GOP wants a fiscally more conservative government. The liberals want a government that is very large and able to pay for everything. The problem is that there will be a taxpayer rebellion one day because the Middle Class cannot continue to support all the programs that our socialist politicians want to create. The rich can’t be taxed enough to cover the bills either because there are not enough of them.
You say that General Petraeus is “right-leaning.” What gives you that impression? You also state that Obama may be trying to protect Petraeus? Again, where are you getting this info, or is this something you have simply made up?
In one of my previous articles, I included a video from a reporter in Canada who highlighted part of a CNN video that CNN scrubbed from their own website. In that video, one of their journalists is seen meeting and talking with a spokesman for Al Qaeda. They discuss the reason for their upcoming protests, which they say, were to demand the Blind Sheik’s freedom from a U.S. prison. There are murmurings on the ‘Net that Benghazi may just as easily have been a trade deal gone wrong. It is alleged that Mr. Obama worked out a deal with Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood to release the Blind Sheik. He knew he simply couldn’t release him outright, so a plan was developed where Ambassador Stevens would be kidnapped and held hostage. Mr. Obama would step up to the plate and “work out” a deal to gain Stevens’ release in exchange for the Blind Sheik. This would make Mr. Obama appear as a hero to Americans, but it would also grant freedom to the Blind Sheik.
The problem with Benghazi occurred (as the story goes) because of two SEALS who refused to stand down, but walked one mile through artillery fire to the consulate where Ambassador Stevens was hiding from terrorists. Those SEALS wound up killing at least 50 insurgents in their efforts to protect the consulate and Stevens. During the five-hour firefight, they sent requests for help several times. Those requests were either ignored or denied and we know that several email/memos were sent directly to the White House Situation Room.
Moreover, Petraeus has DENIED that they told the SEALS to stand down and also did not refuse additional support or rescue. That command would have HAD to have come from our own Commander-in-Chief, Mr. Obama. He said in the third debate that the buck stops with him. Unfortunately, he refuses to answer obvious questions about the incident, preferring to lamely say that he didn’t know anything about the requests.
Look, he is the Commander-in-Chief. You don’t make this type of call with his permission. You don’t simply go behind the president’s back and decide for yourself what you will do. The president is not only IN the loop. He is the one who DECIDES and has the final say about what happens.
Just as during the time leading up to the bin Laden raid where bin Laden was taken by surprised and shot to death, Mr. Obama was the one who gave the “go ahead” for that situation. It could NOT have happened without his permission.
For him to say that he didn’t know anything about security requests that started coming into the State Department and the White House several months BEFORE the Benghazi situation is disingenuous. Either he is lying, or he has no business being the president if he is unable to be there when the country needs him to be there.
Yet, you decide that the reason for Mr. Obama’s silence on Benghazi is due to his alleged protection of Petraeus? You also believe that Petraeus is “right-leaning”? Can you show me ANYONE else in all of Mr. Obama’s administration as a leader of a government department who is also “right-leaning”?
You’re dreaming…
