But you know what the most difficult thing for the authentic Christian to do is, when it comes to Islam? Love them. Share with them the good news of Jesus Christ, the gospel that can lead them to salvation. Islam is not capable of providing salvation. It’s not built that way. There is nothing in it that even suggests a Muslim could have the guarantee of eternal life (except through dying for Allah, like a suicide bomber). All they can do is hope they earn it through service and works. Salvation is not a free gift in Islam.
Israel to Re-Open Temple Mount Site
Things are not going to calm down in the Middle East, Israel, or Jerusalem. If anything, they will worsen, until at some point Daniel 9:27 will be fulfilled. Note the first part of that verse tells us that a covenant will be brokered between Israel and surrounding Arab nations and the “he” in that verse (Antichrist). Antichrist will have great interest in gaining peace for that area of the world for one “week” or seven years, so that Israel can undertake the rebuilding of the Jewish Temple. Antichrist needs that temple to be rebuilt so that at the midway point of three and a half years, he can defile it. Once he declares himself God, it is then that persecution breaks out onto the world such as has never been seen before nor will again (cf. Matthew 24).

What is interesting about the fourth empire is how it morphed over time. It began as a fairly cohesive unit, but then broke into an eastern and western “leg.” Each leg then went through several changes as we travel down to the feet and toes. All of this is a matter of history.
